yes jawal had an affair with supriya (she is no more) and then jawals present wife got to know that her hubby had an affair and now he is having a son named shantanu. so now latelly when jwala got heart attack he requested his wife to call on all his sons. so that's why his wife called shantanu to meeet up with jawal
so that way he is part of family and shalinders half brother.
