I was reading an interview and she mentions there she has a balaji project coming up.she is 21 or 22 yrs old and she likes pink.Also she might be getting married in april this year.The reason she isn't in vivah these days can be another project or show.

I read something similar but it wasn't an article:

"She is from a Tamil background. She also stars in Hamari Betiyoon Ka Vivaah as Tanya. She also performed with Adi (Jatin Shah) in Kabhi Kabhi Pyaar Kabhi Kabhi Yaar. She was with Jatin Shah in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. Adi and Maithili are the perfect Jodi for On-screen Television. She can speak Hindi fluently and a part of Tamil and full English. She is currently 21 and turning 22. She does modelling and advertising and also acting.

She had been eliminated in the show

Kabhi Kabhii Pyaar Kabhi Kabhii Yaar.She is to come in another Balaji Production. The production has not been named yet. She has came in many reality shows as a guest or a participant. In April 2009, She will be married to fellow actor Mahesh Kumar (he plays Batuk in KGGK)."
