It was the first time Yuvi tried his hand at comedy and boy'did he make everyone laugh or what. In the segment Hasti Hasti where a celebrity teams up with a stand-up comedian, Yuvi was accompanied by Ali Sagar for a stand-up performance. Ali played Shah Rukh Khan who has his own talk show and is trying really hard to get Yuvi on his side of the team from Preity Zinta'(remember IPL). But Yuvraj was adamant to remain in Preity's team. Even the prospect of getting a hug from SRK himself before every match did not get Yuvi to change sides.  Comedy Circus ' Chinchpokli to China wouldn't have asked for a better opening! The National icon Yuvraj Singh performed one the very first day. Apart from the fact that he made the audience laugh buckets, his fans also got to witness his other serious side- he got emotional when his mother was mentioned. It so happened that Yuvraj Singh was asked to comment on some pictures he was shown on screen. He happily went ahead giving trivia on the pictures of his team mates but finally there was this picture where he was with his mother and Yuvi suddenly was silent. He got a little emotional and said'"she is everything to me and it is because of her that I have come so far". | Ashutosh Kaushik with Shweta Tiwari have a blast on Comedy Circus |
 It was definitely not a first of sorts only for Yuvraj , it was also the first time Ashutosh Kaushik took to stand-up comedy with Shweta Tiwari. It was for the segment Ram Milaye Jodi where famous television celebrities come together for a stand-up act. Even though Ashutosh is the winner of Bigg Boss 2, he is still not a celebrity of sorts and this is what Shweta was trying to make him, a celebrity. But what charmed the judges the most was not their act but Ashutosh's rustic behaviour. In fact Archana was so in love with his rural mannerisms that she immediately started talking to him in the regional dialect and was highly impressed with his originality.
