too bad there is anushka, who doesn't deserve it, but will get an award anyway.

well like aamir-asin says that awards is not a matter at all....

what matters is the place in audience hearts and the film clicks the audience heart......both aamir-asin shares one frame of mine that is Perfection in the work they do rather than winning a award

and that goes very well in asin way....everyone loved the film ghajini and appreciated her acting talent in the movie as Kalpana Singhania(sorry i can't get off this name from kalpana it clicks so well with kalpana😉)

so she already a winner in all audience hearts and her chemistry with Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan just sizzles big time....

i am so happy that asin's ghajini is a blockbuster than rab ne bana di jodi and thats the biggest achievement for asin and working with Aamir Khan which most of the bollywood actress can only dream to work with Aamir Khan but Asin was approached by Aamir Khan himself for the movie another big acheivement....if its awarded to her in form of trophy than its a bonus....according to me she is already a winner....as a person in real and as a actress.....awards just doesn't matters at all

sometimes this krap awards doesn't even make sense at all they just gave it to the person that does not deserve also...so i believe in good work rather than award if it comes in your way than its a bonus

i think anushka deserves it 😛 for one anushka is actually new to acting to which asin isn't (she has acted in MANY Tamili movies & has experience) but im not saying asin shouldnt win any award at all, she has worked very hard on her hindi and that deffinitly counts for something, i think she deserves at least one and anushka also deserves one, i mean her acting was AMAAAAAAAZING in rab ne!! we only saw asin be a happy person and all in ghajini but anushka acted a variaty of different roles in rab ne!!

about the awards part i agree with you...but in terms of characters of taani and kalpana...yaar even kalpana had different shades too.....yes kalpana is a happy go lucky person and live life to the fullest attitute but her character played different shades when sanjay singhania came into her life.....some examples of her various shades are before sanjay came into her life she was happy go lucky but after sanjay came in she was confused in love whether to love him or not...she had a determination to acheive(the cars)...when sanjay lies to her that he is going to village she had a fear of sanjay not returning back and her eyes talks so much when she says that she feels something strange...her sacrifice for sanjay of selling the car and her fantastic shade was her death scenes while dying she was seeing sanjay her eyes just portrays so much of emotions in these scenes.....even kalpana has alot of shades not only taani but seriously when i see taani she is a confused person i couldn't understand whom she loves and since when she fallen in love with cute surinder.....but anushka portrayed the character excellently noone can portray taani like what anushka have portrayed....

one simliarities in both taani and kalpana is that both characters lives life to the fullest

differences is that taani is a simple girl....a daughter.......wife and lastly confused lover....she played all shades of a women's rights....

but kalpana only plays a simple ambitious girl....a girl with large heart....and a faithful lover...the shades always happens in teen girls

i agree with u.asin only played a happy girl in mumbai language we can say BINDAAS she was all happy accept her last scene where she got killed.but on the other hand abushka played allot of different roles and as comparing with asin it was her first film so she should get the award for best debut.even i am not in the favor of prachi ;coz she did kasam se and has allot of experience.

actually if we consider Rock On, more than prachi the girl who played Arjun's wife deserves much more than prachi, she was amazing in the movie, prachi's acting was nothing in front of her
