Give the new Prem a break...

Guys, I noticed a lot of people saying they hate the new Prem... I just want to say that the creatives are showing him like this on purpose, so we get confused. So try not to look too deeply into his character traits, the creatives are just making him the exact opposite of Prem.

On one hand, if he really has lost his memory, then he's really free to be whoever he wants. Can you imagine not knowing, not remembering who you are? I've seen that with someone, and it's a real struggle. I thought he had a completely normal (and human) reaction to Heer crying in the room. It was rather funny too, me and my friend burst out laughing. Just because we're used to perfect Prem, doesn't mean he can't be different with ml. If you look at him objectively, he actually has normal, human reactions.

If he's faking memory loss, then all this is clearly made up, and he undoubtedly has a very good reason for that. Although I'm starting to doubt that after today, but then again, it's the genius creatives *rolls eyes*.

At the end of the day, perfect Prem will be back. This new one will eventually fall in love with Heer, or get his memory back, or reveal it was all a plan. But, they need to drag this out, because they can't see the fans happy with Prem-Heer's reunion.

Agree with you. I never doubted the fact that if Gaurav was indeed The Prem then he is faking the memory loss. I still believe that either he is not Prem (highly unlikely) or he has completely lost his memory. The question whether somebody with a memory loss develops a compeletly opposite personality is something that needs to be debated upon. But this is a story and lets look it as cinematic license. I quite liked the part of Gaurav and Heer. It was hilarious. I really hope that is what they intended it to be bcoz if it was supposed to be an emotional scene then they got it all wrong. Also did you notice Gaurav walks into the room exactly the same time that Heer asks Prem what she should do. Also the song that they still play for Gaurav is "iss desh mein hai mera dil". I agree with Estee maybe Gaurav is putting up an act of cool dude in front of people because he doesn't know who he really is. Also in the precap they showed that he mentioned his family sleeps before he reaches home that means that his assistants don't know much about him also he may be lying because there is nobody home. With regards to Gaurav drinking have you guys forgotten Prem's drinking in the rain scene when he knows about Heer's involvement with the prostitute in his hotel. So it is not like Prem never drank. Also I think his being at a pub or someplace like that may lead to him being seen by Preet or someone who knew Prem. What I don't get is how come Sumer Singh not recognise Prem from the AV as the ajnabi who stayed at the palace? Agreed that neither Gaurav nor his assistants were present when the AV was shown but what about sumer singh? Did he not see the AV. HC was very good today. AG was not quite there in that scene. She just didn't get it. The whole I hate girls attitude that HC portrayed was very good. He really held that scene. Though AG was very good in the last scene when she slowly and sadly moves from Lalit to stand next to RR. There was no drama nothing. Am happy that HC the actor is getting to do something different in the same show. Dont' worry guys he'll be back in the Prem mode but it'll take time. Till then be patient. We waited for him to come back for two months can't we give the guy some more time. If it doesn't improve I'll be the first person to raise my voice. Please give Gaurav a break. And yes they used the old montage today.

yes that is what i am requesting all the viewers to hold on enjoy the new prem aka gaurav.Why hate him yaar when we all know he is our prem.On contrast i am enjoying his new look as i know very well that once this track gets over original prem don with suit will come.I think they will plan a grand entry after overtaking all rr's buisness.I think that is why prem is after money.I am also sure that Nihaal is also helping him in his plan as how come he had 50 lacs rupees when he is having a medoicre job that he gave to heer to give it to RR.I think these are all related.may be Harman is also out of the house for some purpose with that stupid lawyer's daughter.Remeber Bharat in ramayana , he stayed out of palace for 14 years till Ram came back from exile.

Oho who can have a problem with Prem? Its the destructives that are making us go all 😡 and 😕 I mean some of the things they do just don't make sense! Ofcourswe we waited for Prem and we will give him a chance! And as far as HC is concerned i think he is as flawless playing gurav as he was playing Prem! But yea i don't like gurav that much because i love Prem 😆

ofcourse yaar I am giving this new prem break and so I took break from the show🤣🤣I will be back once old prem is back.Nope I will be back as soon as heer is out of rr's clutches.Tht is the main reason I stopped watching it.Its a torture to see rr along wid heer and I hate to hear the word shaadi from his mouth.I am not at all bothered wid dis new prem.I am only hoping tht he might be of some help to get heer out of rr's plan.And so I am getting so much annoyed wid dis total dragfest and also wid dis cool dude prem

heyy...yeah i totally agree with you...we should give the new prem a chance...or else there's no use of him coming back....i think he's quite cute in his new form...lol....even if he's faking it...but i'd doubt that...there's something else to the story that we dont quite kno yet...so we just have to be patient...and eventually we'll get out prem back!!!....btw...nice topic!!

Yes give him a chance, i am surprised people are so impatient, it hasnt even been a month since prem came back, with four shows a week and everyone knows the pace of soaps is very slow, and let the new prem see heer feel their connection, and come back to where the old prem used to be... give him a chance, is this the post of the very few optimisitcs on the forum, try to look at the positive side of things
