RNBDJ & GHAJINI's 150 crore gift for Bollywood!
The final month of last year has turned out to be a watershed December for the Hindi film industry, mainly due to just two films, Aditya Chopra's Shah Rukh Khan starrer, RAB NE BANA DI JODI and the A R Murugadoss directed, Aamir Khan action extravaganza GHAJINI.
It is estimated that the combined run of King Khan's RAB NE BANA DI JODI and Perfectionist Khan's GHAJINI has netted just short of 150 crore (in December) from just their Indian run. Moreover, if we add the overseas collections of the two films, the figure becomes even more mind-boggling, so, let us not tax our brains further. And even if there is some minor shortfall, it can be compensated by the likes of JUMBO and DOSTANA's December run!

Well, we have to admit that given the grim situation prevailing in our country in the wake of 26/11, and talks of recession and what not, the two Khans, Shah Rukh and Aamir have certainly acted as saviours and have given a typical happy Bollywoodish ending to the year 2008!
