if v are tawking abt actress of 08 then its priyanka

but if v are tawking abt star of 08 then widout a 2nd thot its katrina..she rawked every one n became the tawk of the town through out the year for her much appreciated movies Race n Sik where ppl especially men went weak in the knees after seeing her...

since u ve tawked abt star of the year i wuld say kat but yes the best actress is priyanka for fashion
