Kissing in Indian Television Industry?

This topic was opened in the DMG section and we had a much heated debate there.....So I decided to post it here aswell.

What do you all think about showing full-fledged smooches on Indian television? Will the audience accept it? Or do you think that we still haven't reached the stage where kissing can be shown properly?

no i don't think there should be kissing scenes shown on Indian Shows. The audience will never accept it. Espically considering that most people watch these shows as a family, which includes small kids, so i don't think they would want to watch such scenes in the family room.

Also 85% of Indian Population live in Rural areas, and such things are not considered proper.

So I would never support Kissing scenes in Family Dramas!

I would not support Kissing scenes in Indian Tv..i don't want it turn like bollywood.....it's mostly viewed by elders,families ,kids...and they might not accept this.....and whatever they show b/w couples is quite sweet ...it's enough...
