Why is Kailash always missing?

Hey, so Kailash wasn't in todays episode, he always seems to be missing the shows. i think this is his second or third time. why? all the other judges are always ususally there. so why not kailash?

that's the most genuine reason 😆and another fact is he is still busy in the real world...but our 3 judges are having on II4 to back upon..they cannot afford to miss the shooting...warna kal javed ji aakar dekhenge koi aur baita hoga unke seat par.....😉
