it was the setup from the day one when Nachiket came to see Bani at coffee shop or is it started after Nachiket's accident when he noticed some sort of sparks in Jai and Bani's eyes.

Was Bani also part of the setup?

Please if possible do answer. (infact i wont mind one or two more parts of the story while solving the puzzle)

In the movie Sleepless in Seattle a girl working at the ticket counter sees a same man everyday and has a crush for him. One day he fall off the platform and is hospitalized...she goes with him to hospital and everyone think she is his finacee...except his brother...the guy in hospital and his brother are close and so thinks why didn't his brother tell him he is engaged. Anyway the family likes the girl and treat her nice.

They girl eventually is going to marry the guy who is injured only at the last minute realizes she loves his brother and doesn't go through the marriage.

I adopted the story...Nachiket always comes in the coffee shop for coffee and Bani has a crush on him.

When he has an accident she takes him to hospital...the brother is mad cause Bani didn't phone and let the family know of the accident.

Nahciket when he wakes from his coma sees Bani and Jai fighting and plays along just to keep Bani around. He kind wants Jai and Bani to fall in love and that's what happens.
