Helllooo Friends!

Since 2008 is coming to an end lets discuss the year with respect to Kasamh Se. I have made some questions. Just copy them in your reply box and write your answers against each and lets see what is the general trend of OUR choice. 😊

Note: This year was special as I joined the KS forum on india-forums. I have been a dedicated KS viewer but as I moved to Canada for my studies I had to use the online medium of keeping myself up to date with it. It was only in the mid of 2008 that a friend suggested me to use the KS forums here and since than life has been soo easy with the written updates first from Henna and than from twinsisters and the video updates from magnificent. Moreover, I truly enjoy the games mostly started by generator. Although I am new here but I love interacting with you people and sharing my opinions about KS. I always wonder it would have been much more fun in the starting days of the show....So a very happy new year to all and hope I get some interesting results in this thread!!!!!

Here are my opinions😃:

1. Best Scene: When Jai finds that Ganga is avtually his daughter and goes to see Bani at the Samadi. I think it was early in February.
2. Worst Scene: The sister reunion! (in October)
3. Best Month: March 2008...As Jai finds out that Bani was innocent and the way he says sorry...I liked most of the episodes in that month....
4. Worst Month: The mahayudh days....If I am not wrong it was around August-Sept 2008
5. Best new character introduced: Rishi😳
6. Worst new character introduced: Veer
7. Best actor replacement: Among the three sisters I guess I have to admit that the smoothest one was of Bani so Gurdeep.
8. Worst actor replacement: Arunima/Rano
9. Best Act (Male and Female): 😛 hehehe do I have to even reply to this...'Ram and Prachi'...Infact in my opinion Prachi gave her best performance in 2008 compared to prior years!
9. Worst Act (Male and Female): Veer and Priya/Ganga
10. Which actor/character will you miss the most?: I will always miss Prachi as Bani but considering this should be a character which has totally left so I will go with Pushkar
11. Which actor/character you are happy left the show?: Pallavi/Meera

1. Best Scene: When everybody found out that Pronita was Bani and Krishna called her Maa, Krishna's Maa still resonates in my head.

2. Worst Scene: Meera bashing Bani's head for the how many amount of times.

3. Best Month: The whole month of March 2008 when Bani found out not her but Ganga had cancer.

4. Worst Month: August 2008. The cat and mouse games and the long dialogues irked the living daylights out of me.

5. Best new character introduced: Rishi.

6. Worst new character introduced: Pratyush.

7. Best actor replacement: Gurdeep/Bani.

8. Worst actor replacement: Mansi/Pia. Can't choose the new Rano because I have to give her time to see how she acts.

9. Best Act (Male & Female): Ram Kapoor( Mr. Walia) & Ashwini (Jigs).

10. Worst Act (Male & Female): Veer & Ganga (Priya)

11. Which actor/character will you miss the most: Massi. The one person for me who stood by Bani's side through thick and thin.

12. Which actor/character you are happy left the show: Meera, got fed up of her she-devil ways.

1. Best Scene: when jai comes to know the truth about ganga and he breaks down and then even when ganga was having luekimea.
2. Worst Scene: when jai slept with bani to save ganga and to produce another child.
3. Best Month: when jigs retured, dont know the month,but i think is is october
4. Worst Month: when meera was there
5. Best new character introduced: small ganga and rishi
6. Worst new character introduced: veer
7. Best actor replacement: jigs
8. Worst actor replacement: rano
9. Best Act (Male and Female): jai walia --- no doubts

Hi Ria,

Let me try to answer the questions.

1. Best Scene: When Jai found out that Ganga is his daughter and the subsequent scene at the graveyard. I also liked the scene where Jai gently told little Ganga that her mom was no more. Actually, I have more scenes which I loved, but will only mention these two.

2. Worst Scene: Meera banging Bani/Pronita's head on the stone so many times.

3. Best Month: The time frame after the leap, during the Meerut time when Ganga comes into Jai's life.

4. Worst Month: The worst has to be the time frame when the Mahayudh between Pronita and Meera stretched to the maximum. It was fine/good in the beginning but I could not take it when later it started going in circles with never-ending lectures and revenge plots.

5. Best new character introduced: In 2008, its Rishi.

6. Worst new character introduced: It has to be Prathyush.

7. Best actor replacement: Gurdeep as Bani.

8. Worst actor replacement: None according to me.

9. Best Act (Male and Female): I am going to give more than one name each. Among the guys; Ram, Jatin (Adithya), Vishal (Rishi). Among the girls; Prachi, Gurdeep, Pallavi, Arunima, Ashwini and Ehsaas (Little Ganga). Actually, I also like the actress who plays Krishna. I give these names, not on the basis of their screen time but on the basis of how they perform whatever scene they are given and the impact they make.

9. Worst Act (Male and Female): Prathyush. I don't really have a name for the worst female act.

10. Which actor/character will you miss the most?

I guess, I will miss Arunima (Rano) the most because, though she did not have too much of a role in 2008, she had a quiet dignity and calmness. Arunima and Ram are among the very few from the original cast who have stayed the longest from 2006 to almost the end of 2008.

11. Which actor/character you are happy left the show?: Though Pallavi is a talented actress, I am glad that Meera left because towards the middle of the track, the creatives made Meera and Pronita's battle very repetitive and it became irritating.

The worst was prachi leaving and the best was meera leaving. I hated the scene where Meera bangs bani' s head, but loved all the scenes where pronita gets even. I think the KS isn't the same b/c all the 3 sisters was replaced, but I'm glad ram is still mr. jai walia, and I love Jigs(the best villian ever)!!
