How possible whats happening?

The actor Sharad Kelkar is playing the Swami- Amirit at this time – Most viewers believe its Nahar impersonating the swami.

However, there are two characters in the show Nahar Singh and Swami Amirit. So, you are right Nahar is not Swami Amirit. The possibility is Nahar is impersonating the Swami for his own reasons or Swami Amirit actually resembles Nahar – his double.

Latest news is there is going to be a Generation leap, with a new Saloni. Rajshree is staying in the show until March 2009. If they are focusing on the children and not the adult the possibility is most of the actors would look for other roles. At this time Sharad Kelkar is still with Saat Phere

At this time there has been two instances of bad doctors – Varun and the doctor that switch Saloni's baby with a dead one. There has been one instance of a good doctor Nishi in fact she had ample reasons to hate Saloni as she had liked Neel and Saloni had Neel's affection but she was true to her oath.

First and for most let's remember that doctors are human being filled with the same greed, evil qualities that inhabits most human being. They are not by definition good people we are assume because of the profession they would be good and selfless. But I believe as with everything there are good and bad people. I don't however believe that all doctors are bad and I don't believe that it is only India that has bad doctors. In my own country the healthcare system is a total mess.
