Collective Written Updates: 9th - 15th December

Heyoo wonderful people!!😃 Due to other commitments, schoolwork [ARGH – Exams!] and a very stupid computer, I was unable to provide updates for last week. I was hoping that someone else would come forward but as that has not happened, here are the collective updates for the 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, and 15^th.

However, I do have a request. I'm in HUGE need of a Co- or back-up Updater. If you love me enough to give me half an hour of your time a week then drop me a PM and I promise to provide you a lifetime supply of chocolate.⭐️

Until then, the updates:

9^th December:

Aradhana tells Nikita that it's her. Nikita panics and cuts the phone. Shaelin asks Aradhana what's wrong – she tells him and Shaelin pretends to be angry. He rings up Nikita and yells at her. Nikita weeps and Shaelin tells her to explain to Aradhana that she had accidentally rang his number instead of Vikas's [her husband]. Nikita apologises to her and follows Shaelin's story.

Shaelin then pretends to ring Vikas. Aradhana tells him to relax and says that he can share his problems with her. Shaelin calls her his perfect wife and they hug.

Restaurant…

Sanjana is with Akshay and says that Shaelin is lucky to have found a wife like Aradhana. Akshay remembers walking in on Shaelin and Nikita. She asks if Nirmila will have a problem with her but Akshay assures her that Aradhana will handle it; though Vrinda may be against it. Instead of being angry he is upset at Vrinda's condition. They talk about the office and Sanjana correctly guesses that he has called his company Aradhana advertising.

College…

Performances are going and Simran becomes worried to see them. Her friend assures her that she will get full marks. Simran hesitantly comes forward and remembers Aradhana telling her to pray before starting. Simran does so and performs her dance. Everyone applauds.

Aradh-Shael room…

Aradhana wakes up as her mobile rings. Simran tells her that she has been selected. Aradhana is happy and wakes up Shaelin saying that it's afternoon. Shaelin smiles and says that he loves Sundays and her.

Later…

Shaelin comes down where Dadu stops him and says that he has always wanted his family to stay together happily. Shaelin asks if anything is wrong. Dadu replies that problems may arise in the future and wonders if they can set up capital for Bharat.

Shaelin says that they have tried so many times and have to accept that some people can't do business and besides, Bharat is happy. Dadu points out that Vrinda isn't and explains to him. Shaelin promises to do something and gets up to continue work but Dadu tells him that sometime he should take a break from work and spend time with his family otherwise he won't realise when everyone drifts apart.

Outside…

Aradhana is waiting for Simran who runs to her with mitthai but Aradhana tells her to give it to Dadu, Dadi, her parents and then her. She also says that it will be a surprise.

Later, Aradhana rings Akshay who is driving Sanjana home and warns him that he should be there on time. Sanjana is sad and says that if they had been engaged then Aradhana would have been inviting her along as well. Akshay laughs and says that it's only amatter of months.

Sareen House…

Family ask Aradhana what the surprise is but she insists that they will find out at the restaurant and everyone must come. Shaelin replies that they will but what about Vrinda. Bharat says that he's had his one fight a day quota so Aradhana says she will talk to her.

Vrinda's room…

Aradhana sweetly tells Vrinda that she has some good news. Vrinda passes some sarcastic comments but Aradhana is patient with her and asks her to come with the family and wear her new sari.

Restaurant…

Aradhana tells the family the good news. Everyone claps but Vrinda is furious and asks Aradhana how dare she make her daughter in to a common dancer. Aradhana looks hurt.

10^th December:

Vrinda continues her rant despite Bharat asking her to calm down. Shaelin says that such things can be discussed at home but Vrinda says that this is the truth and Aradhana is wrong. Aradhana says that it was her [Vrinda] who had given Simran permission to participate in the competition. Vrinda is furious and says that now Aradhana is trying to prove her wrong in front of the family.

Simran apologises and says that she lied about getting Vrinda's permission as she knew Vrinda would never agree. Vrinda again blames Aradhana saying that Simran is just a child and Aradhana has taught her her daughter to lie. She adds that because Aradhana has no children of her own, she doesn't know what the responsibility of a mother is. Aradhana is hurt and rushes away. A frustrated Shaelin follows as Nirmila tells Vrinda that she that today her mistake is not worth giving. The family leave.

Car'

Aradhana weeps and asks Shaelin what she did wrong by bringing up Simran and Sagar as her own children. Shaelin says that he's had enough and will talk to Dadu and Bharat today itself. Aradhana is shocked and asks him not to say anything. She promises that she will never say anything about Vrinda again.

House'

Shaelin tells Aradhana that she should think about staying away from the children. Aradhana is stunned. Simran comes in and asks to talk to Aradhana. Shaelin leaves and Simran weeps as she apologises to Aradhana. Aradhana tells her that what she did was wrong and she should apologise to Vrinda.

Vrinda's room'

Bharat yells at Vrinda, reminding her that when she was unable to look after her kids, it was Aradhana who looked after them. Vrinda is adamant that Aradhana is spoiling her kids. Simran comes in and apologises, begging Vrinda to not blame Aradhana. Vrinda is even more angry and Bharat tells Simran that because of her lie Aradhana had to hand her head in shame. Simran rushes away crying.

Kitchen'

Akshay and Sagar are waiting worriedly. Simran comes in and Akshay consoles her.

Nrimila's room'

Dadu has a coughing fit. Nirmila sighs and Dadu asks why she can't sleep. Nirmila asks how she can sleep when her family is breaking up around her. Dadu again talks about separation but Nirmila points out that Bharat and Vrinda won't be able to survive on their own. Dadu says that he wants what's best for the family. Nirmila scathingly replies that a family is built on trust and he had lost that years ago. She turns over and goes to sleep.

Dadu has another coughing fit but tries to remain quiet. His health deteriorates and he hurriedly takes some medicine.

Morning'

Bharat tries to apologise to Aradhana. They hear some noise from the kitchen and Aradhana goes in to see Simran, Sagar and Akshay holding a burnt cake with the kitchen in a mess. They say that they were trying to make breakfast. Aradhana stops herself from smiling and gets them to leave the kitchen.

She tidies up and makes another cake which she decorates and tells Simran to give to Vrinda but say that Simran made it.

Later'

Bharat brings Vrinda out who is overwhelmed to see Simran and Sagar holding a cake. They again apologise and promise never to lie again. At the breakfast table Vrinda apologises to Aradhana for last night and says that she has found a way to keep peace in the family. She says that she, along with Bharat and the kids will move to another house. Everyone is stunned.

11^th December:

Upset, Simran and Sagar leave. Nirmila asks why she had to spoil the mood but Bharat says that some people just can't bear to see happiness. Vrinda says that she knows that the family wants her family to remain slaves of Shaelin and Aradhana. She adds that Aradhana can lie with ease which is what Simran has picked up. Bharat loses his temper and says that it's enough. Despite last night everyone is trying to keep her happy but it makes no difference to her. She is hellbent on thinking that everyone is against her. Vrinda tries to intervene but Bharat says that he won't listen to another word.

Vrinda starts to leave but stops. She tells him that he can support the family but she won't allow her children to be spoilt and again says that Aradhana will never understand a mothers pain as she has no children. Bharat gets up, furious, but Nirmila stops him.

Hospital'

The doctor does a check-up and tells Dadu that his BP is high and asks if he is under any tension. Dadu replies in the negative. Doctor tells him that if this continues then they might have to do the surgery. But if he wants this to be avoided then he has to stay away from stress and enjoy life.

Kitchen'

Aradhana remembers Vrinda's words. Arthi arrives and asks her what's wrong. Aradhana says that she's fine ' Arhti tells her to come shopping but Aradhana refuses. Neha comes in and they all have a moment. Later, Aradhana is with her friends and Neha tells them about her dashing fitness instructor. Simran comes in looking worried and runs to her room.

Aradhana follows her and Simran says that she withdrew her name from the competition. Aradhana asks her why she didn't ask anyone. Simran says that everyone had asked her the same but how could she have said that it was because of her mother. She says that she will never dance again. Aradhana tries to explain to her that such small things happen in life, and if she gets scared now then how will she face the big hurdles.

She consoles Simran and says that she needs to prove herself and one day Vrinda will be proud to be known as her mother. Aradhana comes down to join her friends again and Neha says that today is their girls day out. Aradhana says that she won't be able to come as Simran is upset about something and she can't leave her.

Arthi says that such things happen and she should live a little as well. Aradhana apologises but says she can't come. The ladies leave reluctantly.

Office'

Shaelin asks Rasthogi if Nikita has left any calls. Rasthogi replies in the negative and Shaelin asks him to cancel all his meetings as he has some important work.

Sareen House'

Nirmila asks why she didn't go with her friends. Aradhana tells her about Simran and Nirmila asks if Simran took her permission. She says that children grow up so quickly. She adds that Simran will make her own decisions in life. Aradhana says that she understands.

Nirmila says that 10 years ago when Aradhana took responsibility of Vrinda's children, then she should have explained this matter then. A woman spends her whole life around her family but doesn't realise when time flies. She tells Aradhana that she has fulfilled all her duties. Bharat and Vrinda, no matter how they are, are Sagar and Simran's parents. Tomorrow Akshay will have his own family as well and she will only have Shaelin.

Nikita's house'

Nikita tells Shaelin that she doesn't want him to meet her whilst she is sick. They have a relationship of mutual needs and they shouldn't spoil it.

Sareen House'

Nirmila says that a man will always return home for his children and asks Aradhana if she doesn't ever wish to have children and says that she wants to see her and Shaelin's children.

Nikita's house'

Shaelin asks Nikita what the doctor said. Nikita tries to evade the question but when he pushes her she hesitantly tells him [is she PREGNANT?!!!] that she's Pregnant [Muhahahaha, how did I know? But seriously, OMG!]

15^th December:

Shaelin is unperturbed and tells her to have an abortion. Nikita is relieved that he doesn't want children and says that she was just joking. She says that he really is heartless as she had wondered if he would get emotional at the sound of kids. Shaelin replies that he doesn't like kids. Nikita becomes serious and asks if Aradhana also doesn't want children. Shalein coldly tell her that it's none of her business. He gets up to leave and a frantic Nikita asks him to stop and apologises.

He tells her to remain in her limits and Nikita says that they are along together [Akch!] but Shaelin replies that he is not in the mood and leaves.

Sareen House'

Aradhana is in bed looking through a photo album. She looks at pictures of her and Shaelin together and falls asleep. When she wakes up, Shaelin is already in bed and asleep. Aradhana sits up, lost in thought.

Market'

Akshay gets a call from his friend and becomes angry.

Kitchen'

Aradhana is cooking when Akshay comes in and worriedly tells her that he is ruined. He explains that the money Shaelin had given to him, he had put it in shares on a friends advise but the money he had invested is lost.

Aradhana is stunned as Akshay asks her for help and promises that he will never do anything like this again. Aradhana says that she will talk to Shaelin. Akshay becomes worried and asks her not to talk to Shaelin. Aradhana says that a husband and wife relationship is built on trust and she won't ever hide anything from him. Akshay remembers seeing Shaelin and Nikita together and assures Aradhana that he will talk to Shaelin himself.

Nirmila comes in and asks Aradhana if she has thought about her own child. Aradhana is saved from replying as Sagar comes in asking for help in his homework.

Vrinda's room'

Vrinda is surprised to see Bharat who comes in with arthi and says that he had prayed to God for his two children and his beautiful wife who always remains angry and believes that she has a useless husband. Vrinda asks what else he asked for. Bharat replies that he asked God to forgive her for her jibe about Aradhana not being a mother.

Vrinda says that she had not asked Aradhana to not have kids to bring hers up. In fact Aradhana is still of age to have kids and she wants Aradhana to have kids and feel the pain when her children turn their backs on her. Simran overhears this and hurries away.

Aradhana gives her tiffin and asks if anything is wrong. Simran replies that she is fine and leaves for school. Nirmila tells Aradhana that she hasn't given an answer. Aradhana makes an excuse and escapes.

Later'

Aradhana remembers Nirmila's words. Simran comes to her and Aradhana asks what's wrong. Simran thanks her for everything, looking after her and Sagar and hesitantly asks Aradhana why she won't have her own kids. Aradhana is surprised as Simran promises that she will look after the child as well. They hug but Aradhana continues to look worried.

Nirmi-Dadu room'

Nirmila is cleaning up when she comes across documents from the hospital.

Later'

Nirmila tells Dadu to come down for dinner. He replies that he is not hungry. She tells him that if he doesn't eat then he won't be able to take his medicines. Dadu realises that she found his reports and tells her not to tell the family otherwise they will become worried. Nirmila leaves.

Aradh-Shael room'

Shaelin returns home to find Aradhana asleep. As he sits down, she wakes up and says that she was just thinking. She says that she wanted to talk to him about something important. He asks if she wants anything. Aradhana says that a child. Shaelin is shocked.
