Bush was nearly hit on the head, but ducked out of the way as the man tossed one of the shoes, then another, while the president stood beside Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.

The journalist called Bush a dog before being hustled away...

That guy is like the most popular guy now! And why did the secret service come out so late?

Its amazing, i think the world never looks at the supressed voices, they only look at what the media provides..

maybe he was that voice...

regardless, ones mans terorirst is another mans hero, and one mans hero is another mans terrorist.... Thats the world we live in...

Al Zeidi should be given the Journalist of the Year award. He has expressed the feelings of thousands of Iraqis whose relatives have lost their lives and whose land has been looted of its oil under the false pretext of WMDs which were never found.
He should be freed immediately

Anger is on one side and cheap publicity stunt on another.

Never was and never will be a supporter of Bush but seriously, chucking a shoe? Oh yeah, very mature. And seriously, is it worth the amount of years he's gonna spend in jail for (according 2 bush's lawyers) "attempted murder" HAHA! No right?

I really do feel bad for the Iraqis though, don't get me wrong oh and bring on Obama woo! :D
