However, India has to take other action. This is what India needs to do. India must cease all cultural, political, sports, financial, business transactions with Pakistan until Pakistan eradicates all terrorism. Secondly, India must block water from going into Pakistan. Yes, all rivers must be diverted. This will certainly get Pakistani establishment's attention. Third, India must, in no uncertain terms, tell all nations of the world that if you do business with Pakistan, you will do no business with INdia. Essentially, the world has to choose. I'm sure a large number of nations would much rather do business with an emerging..vibrant nation than with a failed state that is afflicted with the cancer of terrorism.
These harsh measures are essential to get Pakistan to mend its ways. The people of Pakistan have to pay the price for not standing up against evil and tyranny. These above mentioned actions will create unrest in Pakistan they will be compelled to demand action. Ultimately, this will help Pakistan in the long run too. Pakistan requires tough love...and it's time they received it from the world.
So, until Pakistan is rid of evil...nobody comes to India. Infact, the world should shun that nation...Imagine, if the entire world stops giving visas to Pakistanis...and deports all pakistanis from every part of the world...these people would demand answers from their own government...there will be a revolution that will comprerhensively change Pakistan...the evil ISI and the equally evil Pakistani army will lose it's grip on power...and people power will triumph...Pakistan needs this cleansing to emerge as a positive nation that contributes to the world in a positive way...rather than as an exporter of terror.

dunno if you guys are aware of it but pakistanis are suffering from numerous of terroists attacks themselves... the "halaat" there is pretty bad...people in pakistan want to get rid of them too.. working together could defeat them ... not turning our backs and playing the blame game...

Its understandable that Indians want some actions against Pakistan for what they see is state supported terrorism. If the Indian government could prove that the recent attacks have ties back to the Pakistan Government as state supported terrorism then by all means the Indians should bring this forwards to the world stage.
But as of right now they have not, only linking the people as coming from Pakistan and having ties to an illegal group there, no different then some might say of a large but more dangerous mob. So any movement by the Indians would be premature and seen as very one sided by the Indians and maybe the rest of the world.
As for the actions you call for, well, they are acts of war. You say no war is needed with Pakistan but the things you mention are considered acts of war and are as good as firing the first bullet. Indian has no need to this.
Pakistan itself is being victimize by terrorist, with daily bombings and fire fights, shunning the Pakistani people in no way will make them want to fight the terrorist more as they are already doing their best to protect their own lives. Days after the Bombay attack a bombing killed over 20 people in Pakistan, and its was not the only one. If Indian was to make a move like this, it would only make Pakistani feel that the terrorist have won. They have been able to undo the ties of two nations, something that would take a powerful group. So who would you side with, a group so weak it can defend its case or a group that can cause two nations to go to war?
In the past shunning a nation, like with North Korea, has only cause more problem. Open ties between Indian and Pakistan are what are needed. The last thing Pakistan wants is to cause a war with Indian when they cant even provide the security from outside and domestic terrorist. Yes historically the two nations see each other as enemies but I feel as the population of both nations have become more educated they have seen that each can live with their own part of the world.

Not more stupid talking points for the dumb and politicans.

i applaud you... for some reason ppl ignore the fact that pakistan is suffering too.. the terroists are attacking us too... i wish they would open their eyes and see that these terroists have no religion or nationality ... they attack everyone and anyone...

A big fat lie dude...go read the news...

"India must cease all cultural, political, sports, financial, business transactions with Pakistan until Pakistan eradicates all terrorism"

Yeah sure thats very smart...Pakistan will be "scared" and quickly do something about the terrorists...which by the way we are and if you cant see it dont speak aright...be patient things dont happen overnight

"Secondly, India must block water from going into Pakistan"

LoL what are you...8?

"Third, India must, in no uncertain terms, tell all nations of the world that if you do business with Pakistan, you will do no business with INdia. Essentially, the world has to choose"

LoL dude seriously u crack me up...do u really really think that the 1st world nations will "shun" Pakistan to do business with a 2nd world nation India? seriously man gimme a break

"he evil ISI and the equally evil Pakistani army will lose it's grip on power"

Listen dude...the ISI might be evil but the Army isnt...its a very harsh comment you said that the army is evil...people are patriotic about their countries and u have no damn right to say this about any countries army...so think before you talk...and dont put too much pressure on teeny tiny brain 😆

Classic example of denial mode. This is one of the big reasons why Pakistan is in perpetual decline. A vast majority of the people have blind faith in their armed forces. A force that has run the nation for a majority of its history. A force that has total control of all its assets...including its stock markets..An entity that has done nothing but fool the very people it's meant to serve. Until Pakistan start to question the real purpose of its army...there is no hope for that country. There is no denying that the Pakistani army and the ISI are hand-in-glove.
India cannot and should not indulge in "confidence building" or "track two" diplomacy until Pakistan proves itself to be worthy...and as for putting pressure...We are under no illusion that the world will shun pakistan just because India says so...however, when the world starts to realize that India will not do business with nations that do business with Pakistan...in time they will have to decide what is in their best interest. This will be a long battle...but it must start now..and with full resolve. Until Pakistan is brought down to its knees...it will not learn to walk with the community of nations.

Yes, i agree, and feel just as much remorse, if not more, for the attacks in Mumbai. I myself am, first and foremost, a Muslim, and Pakistani, but that does not, in any way affiliate me with the terrorist attacks. I've seen, even on this forum, many topics against Pakistanis, stating that all ties should be severed from Pakistanis and that no Pakistanis should be allowed in Indian talent shows, but what will that prove? What will that stop? Why should the whole country be punished for the attacks, when the country did not do the attacks in Mumbai. If people from a country do something bad, why should the country be put to blame? Should not only those people who had a hand in the attacks be blamed for it and only them be punished?

I hope that i have not offended anyone, as that was not my intention, and if i have, please do forgive me. I am just sick and tired of everyone putting the blame on Muslims and on Pakistan.

If u r sick and tired of these topics ..the medicine is not to open another topic ....only that will cure ur "sickness" and "tiredness"...Look at me...I don't go to those threads and so I am neither sick nor tired 😃
aur haa..as somebody else had pointed out ...listen to some good music .....that 's good remedy 😃😃😃
