Women in Politics?

Hi Guys! We all know that the women's reservation bill has been hanging in the parliament for almost a decade now.......No one knows when it will be passed, or will it be passed at all. But this is not my main point, my point is that even if this bill is passed, will women be able to make a difference in the parliament?
