I have a car, i think in US bikes are alot less common.

When i was in India, bikes are the best thing! I rode on one, Honda Hero...

I like Hayabusa, but i dont think i can ever ride one..too dangerous for the states..

but if i was in Inida, i would buy a CBR.

I Think Arun My friend You are more safer to ride a bike in states than in India. Where no one cares for any traffic or its signs !!
