nupur would get to know the whole truth Im not sure but she would think thats not yuvi's baby and would try to force yuvi to leave tanya...thats another possibility...she might insult mr.kohli and tanya might leave raj coz of her coz she wouldnt want raj to leave his family and Mr.kohli might get furious and would tell raj that his mom has accused tanya falsely so he wont allow his daughter to go with him......thats another option
