this strike is so annoying ... isn't there any other way of resolving this issue ... the strike is not doing good to anyone .... everyone is suffering losses .... but this idea of shotting elsewhere sounds good ... hope the strike will be over soon ...

i think they should pay them more, especially looking at inflation and cost of living in Mumbai, these broadcasters and producers make a lot of money, so why not give more to your workers
