Its fun, but a lot of work! generally GMs dont get much time to post because they are so busy managing other things in the forum.

helping viewbies, mods in case they need it, dealing with spam, offensive members, and extra things like Newsletters, organizing star interviews, promotions, etc

GMs dont do all of these things, but at least a few of them.
