the king saw the epi. 2day the female lead was introduced n her family background.
the epi starts off wid the recap of yesterday. after tht is the funeral of the people killed in the shoot. soham singh is holding a crying kranthi in front of the pyre. the backgropund song is running. veerji's wife does not want kranthi in their house as they have 2 more daughters. her husband tries to convince her. finally she agrees.
veerji is kranthi's mama. soham sigh says he is kranthikaari n brahmachari or else he wud have taken care of kranthi. veerji tells its his responsibility n he will look after kranthi,
kranthi is crying in the courtyard but mami is not bothered. mamaji comes n changes her clothes which r wet.
a few yrs have passed ( the king thinks abt 7-8 yrs). its lori. mami gives new clothes 2 her daughters but give old clothes of her daughter's 2 kranthi. mama comes n consoles her n takes her outside 2 play lori. soham singh gets new clothes 4 kranthi. kranthi feels sad tht mami does not look after her well but soham consoles her n tells her the meaning of her name n wht her parents did 4 the country.
a few more yrs have passed. mami is searching n shouting 4 kranthi. mamaji's elder daughter is sweet but younger daughter(her name is lovely) a little mean n lazy. kranthi is in the gurudwara. she prays 2 god tht things shud happen juzz as she has thot.
a few younsters along wid kranthi meet soham singh. kranthi n 2 other galz go towrads some police depot. kranthi throws a bomb onto it.
back in mamaji's house. mami is talking abt some rishta 4 elder daughter. lovely interrupts her. mami chides her n asks her 2 read aloud. lovely make s mistake n kranthi corrects. lovely says she wil not have breakfast. mami scolds kranthi.
a tailor comes n takes measurements 4 the galz . kranthi comes there. the tailor asks her 2 help him. as kranthi holds the tape near lovely's feet she stamps her hand wantedly.
a young guy ( arjun who acted in lrl) comes in a jeep n enters a haveli. he asks a servant where r everybody. the servant says every1 is busy in preparations of wecoming chote malik. the people there r worried who wil go n recieve rajveer who is coming frm foriegn as the situation is very volatile. arjun tells he will go n recieve rajveer. soham singh holds another meeting wid his men n kranthi. he says her bombing has increased the hopes of people. but last night many people were arrested as the british did not want their quit india movement 2 progress bcoz the bristish r afraid n the freedom fighters must c 2 it tht the fear continues. 2morrow v shall get into the streets n our voice will b heard by the whole of punjab. VANDE MATARAM.
