All cadets except Naina discuss about Bhargav and his evil plans, Alekh says that Bhargav's master plan is to use "Divide and Rule" policy and hence he is trying to create misunderstandings among the cadets... Ali objects and tries to take Bhargav's side then other cadets get angry on Ali saying that he has changed alot after major's entry... then Ali says not to conclude anything too early that Bhargav has recently enteed the academy then UD oppose bu saying he has been playing his cards over the years in the academy... then a huge argument among the cadets make environment very unpleasant.... Except Ali think about a major plan to trap major in a tricky way.... then Ali says that he'll not support them if the plan hurts any of the faculty members or it tend to affect KMA then he'll go against them... Huda gets angry on Ali and says that he is behaving like a Chamcha of Bhargav...after an intense argument Ali leaves and all cadets make a plan...
BC and Bhargav speak about the KMA and its future in the office where BC realizes that there are only two alternatives left either to shut down KMA or within 3 weeks try to analyse a determined and best cadet in KMA then Major Bhargav takes the responsibility of guiding and making the best cadet out of the current batch...
Huda goes to Naina who is excercing in the ground and tells her about their plan then Naina asks him whether he loves her or not; when Huda says yes then Naina asks him to stop this nonsense as she has to find out the truth behind her brother's death from Major Bhargav as he is the only person who knows her brother closely before his death...
Plan is to trap the major Bhargav who would be found guilty in abusing his cadet Alekh... Cadet UD and cadet Pooja get ready with mobile camera to capture the sequence outside Major's room; Alekh enters the room and tells a fake story about his old master that he used to beat him up whenever he was drunk to straighten him... Alekh convince Bhargav that this is the only chance that he can quit drinking for some time...Bhargav understands his plan and tells Alekh that "....so that you can go and complaint BC about this???" then Alekh force him to beat him up... Huda on the other hand reach them and tells them that the plan is cancelled but Alkeh is unaware of the cancellation of the plan...he continues to carry on with his act.... Huda, Pooja and UD argue as Huda wanted to save Alekh from situation but other two stops him...then comes Naina who voluntarily enters the room and sees Bhargav trying to give a puch to Alekh but as she enters, he stops then Naina asks Bhargav that she has an urgent issue to be discussed with him alone...
then they go out in the lawn and Naina asks him about her brothers death then Bhargav reminds her about the condition on which she can stay in the academy... she says that how he is concerned about the academy and the SYSTEM, she is also concerned about her brother... then she says about the injustice and court marshalls that take place in army... he asks about what does she kno about these then she says within 10 years 200 accused of crime whereas only 6 got bailed but the justification is hardly done in those cases... BHargav says that without the court marshell, in army a traitor would have gotten killed without the possiblity of him having a culprit... she says that mistake is something which can be committed by everyone knowingly or unknowingly and a system may also have made a mistake in formalising the theories and laws... she adds that she has actually saved him from court marshall now... coz if her friends would've succeeded in their plans then he would have found accused in abusing cadet, even if he had hit a single puch also, the remaining cadets would've taken him to room and beaten him up fully and they would be the eye-witness' of this crime and he'll be found guilty.. she says she stopped them bcoz she cares for their career and did not let them go against the system..system for which her brother has died...... then Bhargav gives a cunning smile and thanx her for whatever she has done for him... then he asks what does she want in return she says she is not mean but does want to prove to the world that her brother was innocent....
