For pete's sake, one face change and identity searching sister is enough, I hope Pia does go through the same route. Why can't they just have a caption and bring in new Pia and keep that simple, and just deal with the issue of Bani. If Pia goes through plastic surgery, what are they planning to do next, make Rano go through plastic surgery, so then jigyasa can call them , "Down Market Plastic Surgery With Fake Faces Mt. Abu Girls." When the creatives run out of tracks, maybe they can give Jigyasa a plastic surgery face change as well. (sorry just being sarcastic)
