On the whole, KARZZZZ is rich in entertainment. Himesh's tremendous popularity amongst masses, its chartbusting musical score and the fact that it's a remake of a much-loved film will only lure masses in hordes. Besides, it's an open ground for KARZZZZ at the ticket window, what with the euphoria of all past releases having dried up. At the box-office, the film should fetch a thunderous start and in due course, should be amongst the biggest achievers of the year in terms of business. Reincarnation themes have a super-successful track record, right from KARZ to KARAN ARJUN to OM SHANTI OM. Now add KARZZZZ to this list. Damn the pseudo critics who even rubbished KARZ three decades ago. Go by your instinct and have a blast!

On a lighter note those journalists that are pro Himesh Bhai praise him to the sky. and those not in support mention him otherwise.😆

Well this is for all himesh fan that this year biggest hit sing is king was also given form 2.5 to 3 starsout of 5 by most critic. Mostly commercial fims does get such reviews.

Yes as expected this review is the opposite. some parts of it may be true.

As we have already said, Himesh has created his own Monty. And once you get used to his unconventional looks, weird mannerisms and complete inability to dance, or hold a guitar right, you may just warm up to this guy. He has worked hard on his role and evidently so have his backroom boys, who have worked on his hair, his paunch, his stubble and his clothes. The hard work shows Himesh Bhai.

I like his criticism, really fully.

Back to the film. The first half is painfully sloppy and barely holds your attention till you are re-introduced to Kamini (Urmila) more than two decades later. That is largely because of Himesh's initial awkwardness and Shweta Kumar's ineptitude. Himesh's chemistry with Shweta is like that between a corpse and a coffin. Even when he romances her, she looks dead and he looks bored.

But the auditorium suddenly bristles with energy when Princess Kamini walks in, in a completely OTT backless red gown, her ample bosom on display and geisha-girl inspired makeup (Urmila's scarlet lip colour won't be easily forgotten). There is considerable magic in the basic premise of the plot in the second half - a rock star seducing a rich widower twice his age, who also happens to be his murderer. Himesh is surprisingly impressive in some sequences, while Urmila, the seasoned actress that she is, holds your attention with her convincing villainy. Yes, her makeup is way too loud, and her pout quite comical, but what the heck, she is the only eye candy in this film.

Congratulations to you Vijay and Chitra and Summer and Jem and ... all those who have prayed for his success.

Today is his big day and I hope all goes well. Just pray that he is not bombarded with negativity atleast today. But i think people here will have other things to say.

Just wanted to tell you that Karzz was made in 30 cr budget and was sold to Big (Reliance) for 60 cr. Making a cool table profit for T-series.

It is releasing with 1100 prints world wide and is expected to take a bumper start.

I wish HR all the success for his movie.

Thanks Rheemji. Frankly opinion of others is not so important to me as I plan to buy a few copies of the DVD. I hope I can load some of these to my iphone; I am still new at it.

This is only Himesh Bhai's second movie and he has plenty of guts and blessings.

Karma plays a large part apart from efforts.

But it is sad that many good singers, actors and composers are not so lucky.

Looks like himesh has won lot of critics this time. I still remember the review of AKS the and way they have bashed himesh. Till tommorrow these ctics use to say himesh cannot act but today they have said himesh has done a decent job which is a big thing. Remember they are comaparing his work to risiji. Don and sholay remake where bashed like anything also this year drona and kidnap got bashed by ctitics so such parses for himesh work in the film is very valuable thing.
