Hey! Firstly, being a musician myself, I do not take Indian Idol as a singing competition. It's more like searching for a youth icon. For any other show I would have given 100% stress on singing. But yes, because they are concentrating on singing, here are my criteria.

Singing and performance: 80%

Good human being: 10%

Look:10%

ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING !!!.

SYMPATHY --- 0 %

Note : I haven't included the criteria "good human being" bcoz I think that one can easily "act" like a good human being but that may not be the case in reality !!!!

One can act like good human being in one or two episode but one can not hide inner thing again and again. Like in FG Rex acted nicely till last 3-4 weeks. Good human being does not include one particular thing, it includes behavior, innocence, arrogance, politics, greed, opportunist etc.

BTW that is just one criteria I included if you do not want to judge on that it means it 0%. I appreciate the comments.

looks can be called as looks and personality. I do not think sympathy is a criteria. Actually in the end I was thinking to give the final result by taking average of percentage so that way we will know what does people count most.

SINGING: 85%
PERFORMANCE: 10%
LOOKS: 5%

the reason i hv give more to singing thn performance coz if one njoys the song themselves then automatically performance rises n even others enjoy the song!!!!!!

dunno if wht i said made sense!!!!
