well, maybe kekta is giving us cute scenes since she realizes how much the audience likes them together after the awards... but knowing her, probably not..

it could be that the delivery is soon and they need to show cute ka scenes to make their closeness after the delivery seem real...

...or anjali is playin with him because she's revengeful (or she has some plan) and kavya might find out but still be caring towards her and that will make her realizes he cares which will bring them closer together after they find out about the stillbirth...so many possibilities...
