9X whipping up daily programming slot-Article

9 X is shaping up its daily slot. The newly launched shows Ajeeb and Rubi on 9X have now changed their bi-weeklies status to that of a daily. Ajeeb did veer from the traditional fare that was on offer.

When contacted, Rajesh Chaddha, Programming Head BAG Films, said, "Yes, the show is becoming a daily from 13 October and it would air from 9:30 to 10:00. This decision is the result of the channel's internal research and strategy."

Another source from production house of Bonnie Jain informed, "The show has been received well by the viewers and the channel has decided to split one episode into two parts and will be aired at 10:00 pm. Each episode will end with a hook so that it continues to generate viewer interest. Ajeeb is a seasonal show of 24 episodes which will anyways have a definite end. Bonnie Jain, Producer of Ajeeb, refused to comment on the news and said, "I have not received any communication from the channel." Bonnie Jain, infact, is on his way to creating another reality show, 4 2 ka 1 for the channel.
