Rani and Shubham come to the hospital.They meet a friend Dr.Akash who tells them that he is happy to see Rani back.When Shubham is away he tells Rani that is anyone around comes to know that she is India's topper...people will run to her.Shubham comes and tells that Rani is happily married and that she loves her husband Rishabh.
Both Shubham and Rani go around in the hospital where Rani remembers her past as how she had learned to be a doctor.She feels emotional.
Rani is sleeping and she remembers all that Akash had told her about her career.Rani thinks about this.She again sees the same dream.....Rishabh in danger and he is calling out to Rani for her help.
Rani wakes up and picks up ther phone to call Madhupur but she is topped by her soul.Her soul tells her that why is she thinking about Rishabh who gave her nothing but tears.Her life is in Mumbai and it is only here that she can fulfill her parents' dreams.
Virat and Kamini are together.Virat is worried as Dharam has refused to sell off the house.Kamini convinces him telling him that Dharam will surely sign the papers if not willingly then helplessly.Virat praises her.
Shubham tells Rani that he has got a surprise for him.
The surprise is nothing elae but the marriage photo of Rishabh-Rani in Rani's bedroom.Shubham tells her that he knows that Rani is missing Rishabh but this photo will never let her do that.Rani though feels upset.
Shubham notices the letter which Rani had written to him.HE reads all its contents about Rani not being happy in Madhupur.Shubham is shocked.
Jyoti is buying sarees for Rani.Rani looked sad and Shubham sees it.Episode ends.
