Maybe it was the audio here but I caught several besura notes on his performance this week. It was a nice song choice but not good for him. He is not good at tans. I wish him well but come on, this is a singing contest. I don't understand the mentor's marking system.

Even Debo was not sure about his sur.

Seems like our Mentors are getting deaf in this case. Even Tarun did not sing that great but had a lot of praises. Will have to relisten to Debut and check.

Yes Kishore Kumar was a Bengali too. No wonder Debo can yodel like Kishore. Mohd Rafi was from Pakistan near the Punjab are it seems. So once again for the top male singer it is a fight between the Pakistan and Punjab region and the Kolkatta/Bengal region. Soumen and Debo are both from Kolkatta. 😆
