Anu Malik: Badtameezi personified

Anu Malik came across as a ill mannered person, as if pickin up fight with Alka was not enought he even locked horns with Javed saab who is there since very long and quite respected. And what was that act of throwing pen on desk? what did he want to prove, he is the best and will speak the most?

I can't stand Anu Malik. I wish they would change him next time. Every season he grows more arrogant and battamiz towards the other judges.

yes i agree. i can't stand him either. i can't understand why he can't give his opinions without demeaning the other person as well as the other judges. i think somebody needs to tell him that you can be honest and straight forward without being rude. in today's epidode i perfectly agree with alka, because she said all judges can have diff opinions, but anu was nitpicking her every word.

he's also rude to the contestants. he discourages them a lot. for some, instead of saying they have much more to learn, he says "you can't sing." yeh kya tareeka hain 😕

Anu Malik has truly lost his mind. He was being so immature in today's episode. He wanted to keep a singer for her looks, take a singer out because of her looks. And on top of that, he argues when he is so obviously wrong for no reason. I'm so happy that Javed Akhtar gave him a piece of his mind today. He was being so rude to Sonali and Alka Yagnik. He's the one that constantly talks throughout the show. Is he trying to beat Himesh Reshamiya? And the he counterargues that to defend himself and ... arghh. You're right, he's sooo ill-mannered, and utterly foolish at times. Because of his bad mood, he was extremely rude to the next few contestants. I felt sorry for the girl when they were all arguing.

he doesn't give a chance to other judges, he is very selfish and arrogant...

Agreed. This season has been the most shocking so far. Perhaps we have a season's break from him that's why we're not used to the 'frankness' anymore. 😆

But yes, he does treat everything as.. there's his opinion.. and that's the only correct opinion.. everyone's gotta agree or he'll throw a tantrum. 😛

His musical journey since 80s is littered with plagiarism, mediocrity and controversy, wonder how he would have behaved if he was as big as A R Rahman or R D Burman. This is strange that Alisha who made an allegation of molestation on AM agreed in last season to share the panel with him. He is a true airhead and total badtameez since long, this is the first time I have decided to follow up II.
