I thought radha had a point when she explains Rohini that Revati deserves a chance. After all revati was the one who took an inexperienced Rohini as her employee, she believed in her thats why she asked her to go convince the famous photographer Karan , atleast for the sake of that Rohini could return to Gulmohur. The way Revati acted was not surprising to me, she got carried away with the success she witnessed and was in this illusion that everything was HERS. Thats what human nature is. Rohini could join GM, ofcourse on the terms that she will be given due credits for her hard works.

Ammu asked her to keep a list of demands infront Revati, I wouldn't want her to take this suggestion at all. That would mean I am sort of greedy/selfish. Because my collection was a grand success I can throw any ultimatum at my boss?thats not the way those girls were brought up i suppose.Thats what I feel.

Whose suggestion would you have taken IF you were in Rohini's place?

I agree with you Ananya ......

What Revathi did was not unusual ..... usually the credit for success goes to the boss ..... and as Rohini is still quite new in the fashion scene ......... her name naturally wouldn't figure prominently in the credits ...... it takes a very large hearted and fair-minded boss to give credit publicly to a junior ...

As Ananya mentioned it was revathi who gave the first break to Rohini..... that was a risk for her too ..... trusting a newcomer with so much responsibility ......

What Revathi could have done instead ...... maybe hold a felicitation ceremony in the office itself and assure Rohini that she is certainly recognised for her work ...... and that in future she will figure prominently in all the company's shows ..... that's it .... Rohini would gladly have let Revathi take the credit .....

As for Ammu's list of conditions ..... though not totally wrong ......after all Rohini has to stand up for her rights ...... but maybe it could have been put in a different way ...... not as a condition to return to Gulmohur .....

As Rohini is still finding her feet in the world of fashion .... she also needs a fashion house like Gulmohur to showcase her talent .... maybe when Rohini is a few shows older ..... she can dictate her terms & conditions if Reavthi was still being unfair.......

Very interesting topice Anuu👏

First of all I still hv my doubts whether Revathy herself gave that job to Rohini or some third party was involved there😉...because in last episode we saw when Rohini and Ammu were discussing about Revathy that time Ammu pointed out about Revathy's nature and even asked Shekhar to describe her nature as he very well knows her and hearing this for a moment Rohini was a little shocked and so was Shekhar😛..but Shekhar was clever enough to quickly change the topic😉..But the question is why did Shekhar never replied to Ammu and changed the Topic ??😕..So does that mean somewhere Shekhar was involved in helping Rohini to get the job😛..

If this is the situation then the entire scenarion changes and we can't say that Revathy was the first one to show her faith in Rohini and give her job😉...and in this case I will hv to go with Ammu because Ammu seems to b knowing Revathy and her nature very well and mayb she knows that if Rohini does not put up her terms and conditions now.. then she might hv to suffer later..

But if what I m thinking is not true then of course Radha is right regarding Revathy showing her faith on Rohini and so Rohini should join the job again with only one condition that she will b given the credit for her designs😃..

Shekhar knows all the famous ppl of Mumbai, that includes Karan as well. So if he was the one who gave the job to Rohini then he might as well be aware of karan's chipku nature. So will he deliberately let Rohini go and hug that karan?😕 he wont have approved rohini's visit to karan's place in the first place, instead he would have asked revati to give her a permanent job without any test match like patao Karan😕. If Shekhar had faith on Rohini then he will allow her to fight for herself, instead of secretly helping her. Revati gave the job to Rohini because of the determination she saw in her eyes, somewhere she saw herself in Rohini when she started off with the fashion world.That leaves us with the choice that it was ONLY Revati who helped Rohini financially by letting her into Gulmohur fashion house.

I kinda agree with jyothi....There was a moment when Shekhar when asked to speak about revathi quickly changed the topic like he dint want to say anything at all...or like he didnt want rohini to know he knew revathi.

Secondly I think yeah Rohini is a little naive but she made a good point...usually the crdit is given to the company (in case of a company like gulmohur...its different if gulmohur is name as reavthis or something) So how come revathi took more credit than the company?

But secondly I think Rohini still needs to learn the gropes....its not so easy to actually get the credit from one fashion...it takes years for people to build up thier so she should have just asked rohini her due from the next project thats all and this was like her perfect opportunity.

Anu I agree with you. According to Rohini's principles, it won't be right for her to take Roshan Ammu's suggestion, as it would show that Rohini's full of conceit for her collection being a grand success. Instead, she should take suggestions from Radha, and if not Radha, then she should ask our one and only Shekhu darling!!😛

Anuu if u remember when Rohini hugged Karan while working with him at his house,that time Shekhar was not too comfortable(we saw a jealous Apu for few seconds there😉) but if he would hv objected that time then Rohini might hv got the doubt that mayb Shekhar is involved in her getting the job..and also Shekhar knew Karan's nature and also the fact that Karan is a good soul and his chipkofying doesn't hv any wrong intentions😆

Again I m not saying Shekhar asked Revathy to give her the job..I only meant that mayb Shekhar has just recommended her name to Revathy and left upto Revathy to give her a temporary job or a permanent one or whatever according to Rohini's calibre😳..so mayb Shekhar was partially responsible in Rohini getting her job at Gulmohar😳..After all Gulmohar is Apu's birth place on television na😆😉..so somewhere he needs to b indirectly connected to it😳..

I think Rohini should learn some basics of dealing with your boss as Sharmi pointed out😛..Showing too much of self-respect and ego can sometimes prove to b a disaster for your career😕..so mayb Radha is right somewhere😕

Revathy is one way correct...😊 But Rohini has right to get good credits for her atleast in front of her officemates.😊
