Summary Please!

I've never watched this before. Can someone please tell me the story? It sounds interesting...😊

Well, it is an Ekta serial, so that means there is no real summary. It is a soap that has lasted for over 7 years.. so it's just full of all kinds of drama.

The basic premise of the story is a big joint family with Parvati (Sakshi Tanwar) who plays the daughter-in-law who is the ideal Indian woman, loves everyone, and protects the family. And she fights many villains and "bad" daughters-in-law and other enemies within and outside the family. There are, of course, many other subplots involving the other members of the family and their friends/lovers such as love stories, baby swaps, marriages and divorces, rape stories and rapists taken to court, and on and on.

Right now the story is at a point where Parvati is herself a grandmother and her grandkids are helping her protect herself and her family. The point is that she has imparted her values and strong convictions to them, so they all have small aspects of her now. And now the rest of the current plot will be how she defeats the evil Trishna and claims back her family with the help of her grandkids and other 3rd generation people who are like her grandkids.
