Recap: Shubh and Aastha unearth a skeleton as they push the plough
Today :
- Everyone turns to stare at Dadaji who is looking away.
- Rana arrives at the spot just then and Sumer rushes to him instantly.
- Sumer : Rana ji , something very shocking has occured..just now chhoti bahurani has unearthed a skeleton as she was pushing the plough to take the soil for the idol....I tell you , stop this puja now
- Rana rushes to the spot where the skeleton is lying and asks Sumer : But how did this come here?The haveli's fields and buildings are your responsibility , how did this get here under your care?
- Sumer starts grovelling and says : Rana ji , I know nothing....
- Rana tells him : I have believed in you and left all the responsibility to you..and this is your payment for my belief?
- Sumer : I swear to you Rana ji , I do not know who has buried this skeleton here...and when I come to know , if I dont behead him and lay his head at Bade-Hukum-saa's feet (Dadaji's feet) , my name wont be Sumer Singh!
- Rana goes to Dadaji and says : Bade Hukum saa , such a shocking event is not shubh ....(of course not , Shubh is Aastha's husband you fool) please stop this puja
- Dadaji : This puja has been organised after so many years ....difficulties are bound to arise...but when the hurdle is related to a crime , let the law and the police take care of it...the police will inspect this skeleton ...the kuldevi's puja will be performed....definitely it shall be performed
- Dadaji tells Aastha : We have to go to the haveli....Aastha beta , pick up the soil
- Shubh is irritated and Aastha responds yes
- Aastha picks up the soil and places it on the thali brought to her by a server
- Rana: Bade Hukum -saa , you leave for the haveli to start the puja...I'll go with Sumer to the police
- They leave and Rana comes and stares at the skeleton while Sumer says "Sau Mata Ki..."
- At the haveli , the family arrives and Dadaji tells Aastha to go and make a circle , carrying the soil , aroung the tank
- Aastha completes the circle and returns and then she places the soil outside the kuldevi's puja room , where the puja is to be performed.
- As everybody does a namaskar , Shubh is remembering how Rana warned him about the threat to Aastha's life cause of the puja
- Dadaji unlocks the room in which the idol has been placed and he enters inside
- All are shocked to see that the idol is missing from the pedestal.
- Dadaji (shocked) : Aascharya....amazing...the kuldevi's idol is missing!
- Sulochana : O god , what 's happening...first the skeleton and now this...
- Female Servant : This is a very big abshagun...I think the kuldevi is not pleased with the puja and that's why she has hidden herself from view
- Saksham : But Dadaji , how can this happen? Nobody comes to this haveli so how it have been stolen?
- Shubh (angry) : Enough...since this puja started , problems have been following one after the other...when we know very well that the haveli and the puja are cursed, why are we intent upon doing it? I think its better we stop it right now
- All the family members (except our dutiful Aastha ) agree with him , while she looks sadly at Sonu
- Dadaji : Once this puja has started , we cannot stop it...but without the idol , performing it is impossible! So we cannot do this puja
- All the family members heave sighs of relief but Sulochana and Aastha look sadly at Sonu
- Later,Aastha is looking at Sonu who is playing with a toy car , with tears in her eyes
- Shubh comes and sits next to her and holds her by the arm and says : Aastha , I know what you're going through...I know you want to perform this puja for Sonu's sake with a true heart..but when the idol has disappeared , what can we do about it ?
- Aastha wipes her tears , : No Shubh , the idol hasnt disappeared of its own , its been made to disappear---
- She breaks off as she notices the curtain moving as if someone is hiding behind it
- Aastha suddenly changes the topic , keeping her voice casual she says " Yes Shubh , this haveli is so beautiful , no ? The paintings , the decorations...
- Aastha moves to the curtain and draws out the eavesdropper - its that servant girl with whom Saksham was so impressed.
- Aastha : What were you listening to ?
- Girl : I...brought water for both of you
- Shubh : We dont need water now...jab hume zaroorat hogi , hum aapse keh denge....ab aap please jaiye
- Girl : Ji Kunwar-saa
- Shubh continues : Aastha why would anyone move the idol?
- Aastha: I dont know but its clearly someone who doesnt want this puja to be performed...
- S: But who would want to stop you?
- Aastha insists that someone has stolen the idol and she asks Shubh to remember what he saw in the room
- Aastha says that soil was scattered all over the room but not on the pedestal..which means that the idol was removed recently...she remembers the shadow she saw that night
- Aastha tells Shubh that he should remain with Sonu for a while , when she went to find the answers to some questions
- Aastha leaves and as she's walking through the corridors, someone is removing some cards , pictures of Aastha and some other papers from a writing table and hiding two diaries behind a statue
- Aastha pushes open the doors of a finely decorated room (probably Rana's)
- She enters and is shocked to see at least 3-4 photos of her , from her college days , hung on the wall
- She picks up some papers lying on the table and reads : Meri pyaari Aastha , I know that I didnt come to meet you in the college canteen today..when I came to know from your friend that you've started liking someone else (kyaaaaaaaaaa? Shubh ke pehle bhi koi tha!!! gandi ladki!!!) , I had no option but to stop myself....I know you waited for me that day and since that day , I didnt come in front of you.....I still----love you as much as I did in the college days...(Aastha is surprised)...and I want you to become my----(Aastha is shocked)
- She hears a noise and quickly replaces the papers and moves to stand behind a screen.
- As she is looking through it , someone appears from behind and is about to place a hand on her shoulder (its probably Rana , as far as I could see from the dress)
No precap today...I forgot to watch it.....sorry!!!
There is something wrong with the servants...they know something , about what I dunno , but they definitely do know!!!
