Priyanka: I'm jealous of Abhishekby Sabah Shaikh
The stars of Goldie Behl's Drona came rushing from the sets of a film they're doing together for the music launch. Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra had both been delayed due to the schedule of Karan Johar's Dostana with John Abraham. But the two made up for it by looking like a million bucks each. We first headed to Priyanka Chopra's make-up room where she admitted to being jealous of her co-star. "I'm jealous because he's 'Abhishek Bachchan in and as Drona', while I'm just 'Priyanka Chopra in Drona' she said sulkily. When we asked Abhishek if he knew about Priyanka's sulky nature, he said, "She's only fooling around. The film has been made by my friend Goldie, obviously it is going to be made for me," he laughed airily.
Both actors dismissed rumours of Drona being Abhishek's first superhero flick. "Drona is not a superhero," they said. According to Priyanka though, she'd be excellent in the role of a superhero. Did we hear her sulk again? "I'm Drona's bodyguard in the film. His forefathers have left him the responsibility of saving the world, and I've been given the responsibility of his protection," she explained. Drona, on the other hand is quite happy that such a powerful role has gone to a woman. "I don't think any Indian woman has ever played a bodyguard before," he said. When Abhishek, Priyanka, Goldie, the rest of the cast, including Jaya Bachchan moved onto the stage for the official launch, the senior Mrs Bachchan ended up with a foot-in-mouth situation. Now, we know it's been flashed all over news channels over the past few days. But who would tire of watching it? Go on, take a peek!
