she's pretty good so far. but wonder how she'll do with either classical or gazal numbers. to stay till the end of this show one needs to be rounded, like pratibha. i like naina too.

Yashita is only good in peppy numbers. She is better than Janice though and Mitika. Not sure how she would be with slow-melodious, classical or semi classical songs.

She has good expressions physically and in her songs, nice personality and performance is always on the mark. Smile on her face is superb.

yashita is good...but not comparable to pratibha and naina

Also I found it a bit weird how she and kaushik from eklavya gharana managed to stay out and manisha, sahhsi, arshad had to leave

I find even mitika better - hse has akhanak in her voice which yashita doesn't

Yes it has a lot to do with right song selections.

Mitika showed she was versatile in creating strange sounds and manly voices too. But I find it all too distracting as she has to focus on singing her own song well.
