Currently, Malaika is judging Zara Nach Ke Dikha on Star One, a dance reality show that is moving fast towards its grand finale. Along with that, Star is also gearing up for Nach Baliye 3. The actor-cum-model-cum-item girl has been associated with the show for the past few years. "I've had the privilege to be judging a prestigious reality show like Nach Baliye. It's great to see the participants honing their dancing skills with each round. As a dancer myself, I get to learn so much from them." Malaika says that she has been asked to be tight lipped about the show. "They're still working on the concept and trying to make it as different and interesting as always."

On the personal front, Malaika says that she is happy to watch her son grow up. "He is so much like Arbaaz that it's scary," she beams. The proud mother says that motherhood and the baby are the perks of being married.
