Episode no 317 Monday 1/9/08

Recap of Megs talking to Sezhi - she tells him that Kavi might
marry him now but later will go back to her parents - " then
u will be labeled as a gold digger. You will have to listen to all
those accusations all through your life.Can u take it?" Sezhi's
pearls of wisdom goes as follows - " Did u not get humiliated
by your lover's mom??? and what about Sakthi?? and loosu
suffers with out falling in love??!! My love is no less than all yours"
Tilaga slaps Sezhi ( intha amma kooda periya rothanai!!! eppo
adichi thiruthanumOappo vittuttanga..ippo poi...hmmm)
Megs stops mommy - Sezhi gets out leaving behind a stunned
household.

Diwa and Anitha come home - get all the things delivered. Anitha is
angry with Sakthi for her irrational behaviour, wants to dole out
some advice but Diwa vetoes that idea -"solli thirunthata janmam ilai
, vittudu" Anitha fumes some more and leaves ( hmmm , Diwa, unnai
moron adichi hospital bed le pOttane, appo un friend sonnan "Sakthi
mathiri ponnu eppovume problem thaan nnu...kettiyaa??? Anubhavi
Raja anubhavi -BG by Roja)

Megs visits would be PILs - Lachu is not at home. Dhadi gets to
know the whole drama. Wants to know if Megs is going to accept
Sezhi's love for Kavi. Megs says that she has no reason to oppose.
Then Dhadi slowly tells her about Geetha and Sezhi. Megs frets and
wants to know why she was not informed earlier. Dhadi says that
he wanted to spare her of this problem but now she has to know
it. Megs decides to visit Geetha.

Megs and Geetha - Megs probes and Geetha spills - shows the letters
written by Muzhi anna - Megs wants to know if Geetha can forget
Muzhi. Geetha says that she did shout at him for being sly but still
loves him (thirunthatha jenmangal irunthu enna laabam??- BG by Roja)
Megs promises to play pigeon of peace -"Sezhi does not know
nallathu kettathu... I will educate and get u justice, ok??" ( ayyo
da... Sezhi kka theriyaathu??? he is a sly cat .... Megs ...time u learnt
about your darling bro...) Geetha cries on the shoulders of Megs...
( Kalai family kku iva thaan layakku!! Enge, antha kavi yaale oru
RKO organize panna mudiyumaa??? - Roja challenges.....😉)

Episode No 318 Tuesday 2/9/08

Viji's dad has come to ask for justice - He is very upset about
moron's nocturnal visit to wife no 1. Moron looks sheepish
and Danda has no clue as to how to deal with this. Viji cries...
Santhanam says that he trusted Danda and sent his precious
daughter - "looks like I have to take my daughter back to my
house" - Angu enters the arena and says that he is right -
" take your daughter back. Ipdi injustice nadakkara edathile
why keep her?" Santhanam tries to back out - "he he he....
athu vanthu.." before any further damage happens, Viji sends
dad out - " naane pathukkaren...scoot"

Kavi is on hunger strike - Povnu chides her and forces her to eat
but Kavi sulks - " I am not happy and so i can not eat" Her dad calls
and learns about the hunger strike. Asks wife to deal Kavi with kids'
gloves -"am going on mappilai search... some relative payaloda varen,
ok?" Athai gets all the news. Pavnu complains about the hunger strike
and athai takes it on her to convince Kavi. Athai takes the food in... talks
to Kavi.... learns that she is madly in love with Muzhi..... gives subtle idea
of eloping.... makes her eat and comes out with a satisfied look.

Diwa is waiting - our lady irritant comes - informs Diwa that she went l
ooking for a job -"met Kothai ...my friend.... feminist ..... she has promised
to find a job for me" - that Kothai times her call beautifully - calls Sakthi,
informs about her job situation and wants to talk to Diwa - Diwa hears a
mouthful from her about how to treat his wife -"mama's boy still, eh??
u need to respect Sakthi.."blah blah. Diwa is angry and makes no bones
about telling Sakthi about his feelings - "why do u tell Kothai?? we need to
settle our issues. We do not need an outsider" Bingo.... just then Anitha
calls and doles out some free advice -"how can u be so weird??? Diwa
mathiri oru hubby kooda sandai podame irukka koodathu?" blah blah....
of course Sakthi vedalam goes back ... to where she belongs.... the
proverbial murungai maram.... " if I talk to my friend about us, it is wrong
but u can tell Anitha??? enna yya gnyaym ithu??" Diwa is livid - "do not
compare Anitha with that Kothai.. \Anitha is our friend...well wisher..." ok
folks, Sakthi is back to being her unreasonable self uh huh

Episode no 319 Thursday 4/9/08

Oh come on how much more silly this can get???
uh huh.

The first part is about moron trying to cajole Viji and
she for her part does the one thing all serial women
do - cries copious tears, does a "ennai thodathey" act
and pulls a sheet to sleep on the floor - uh huh - can't
the story writers have better ideas about extracting
truth from hubbies??? ask Roja!!!

Second part - Megs, Tilaga and clan confront Sezhi - Megs
says that Geetha showed his letters and he can not do
drogam to a poor girl. Muzhi anna cleverly says that Kanakku
pillai magal has ulterior motives - wants to have a kushi life
by marrying him!!! (awww come on Muzhi, u do not believe it
yourself!! do u??? Get in to Kalai's family and have a kushi
life?? u must be kidding!!) Tilaga slaps, Sezhi mentions athai's
name and leaves the house - never to enter again.

Third part - uh huh - loosumani proves that she is a loosu all over.
Moron goes to her while she is brushing her teeth and wants
to know "what happened last night?? exactly??" Loosu sees
that Viji is watching the cootchi cooing and puts on a coy act -
sagikkalai - "ponga vekkama irukku" - Viji sees this and picks up
some more fight with moron...

Episode 320 Friday 5/9/08

Sezhi with his friends - friends pepping him up - athai visits.
Athai says that she will not let him down - "eppo unga amma,
akka ellaraiyum vittuttu ennai nambi vanthiyO, I will make sure
that u settle well in life" - athai says that she can not directly
help him but will do so on the sly. Sezhi's friend has a great (??!)
idea - "bring Kavi, we will go to my town and finish the marriage"
Athai endorses.

Loosumani visits parental home - the clan up dates the recent
events. Loosu gets all worked up - (ithu ketta kettukku....!!
Physician cure thyself first!!!) Drags Megs to confront athai -
"Sezhi by himself is not capable of all this - athai must be behind.
Let us give a bit of our mind" - Megs hesitates but paati pushes
to her too tag along loosu.

Diwa and sakthi - Diwa patiently explains that they have to settle
things by themselves - Sakthi at last shows some little patience -
agrees and the couple have a momentary ceasefire - well Kothai
comes, asks Sakthi to go along with her for meeting the boss -
"velai confirmed, just a formality" Sakthi first hesitates...looks
at Diwa who negates by the nod of his head...Kothai talks pseudo
feminist crap...pulls Sakthi and of course half baked leaves...
Diwa is back to square one...

Episode No 321 Monday 8/9/08

Athai comes back after meeting Muzhi anna - comes in a hurry
to impart the latest info to Kavi - every time athai tries to spill the
beans, Pounu interferes - athai is not able to describe the plan
for eloping. Kavi goes for her bath. kavi's dad calls to say that
he has fixed the would be SIL - Rajendran who is employed abroad.
Dad asks wife to bring Kavi to the temple - "the would be sambhandhi
and SIL are coming there. Let them see Kavi there. What if our
daughter throws a tantrum if they come home??" Pounu requests
athai to help - "pls make her come to the temple. We need not
tell her now." Athai says that Kavi will know when she goes to
the temple. Pounu asks the old cat to stand guard for the milk
pot Kavi!!!

Well Kavi is getting ready for the temple -"wear this this... no I won't"
mom and daughter have some exchanges. In the meanwhile, athai
has written a note to Kavi - "kovil le girl seeing ceremony.... they
have found a groom for u.... Sezhi is waiting for u in his friend's place
Vadivu" - Kavi picks up the note after making athai sweat for some
time. Learns the situation and calls Sezhi. Kavi does not know who
Vadivu is!!! Sezhi says that it is athai's name and she is in support
of their love. That is news to Kavi. Kavi informs about the girl seeing
and Sezhi says that it is just the beginning -"why do u fret?" Kavi says
that she can not allow some one to "girl see " her -"he might think of
me as his future wife and i can not stand that thought" Sezhi recalls
his words - the same ones - to Geetha. Athai goes out to buy some
coconut...... Sezhi tells Kavi that he will send Mohan, his friend to pick
her up -"quietly sneak and come to me...." Sezhi asks his friend to pick
Kavi.... Mohan says that they can to their village and get married....

Loosumani and Megs going to meet athai. They see her on the road
and decide to have a nadu theru conference - Loosu and Megs
are heated up and chide athai - athai scolds back - Kavi's dad is
passing by and sees athai shouting at her nieces. After he leaves,
Megs wants athai to promise on her bro - "neenga solli thaane Sezhi
ipdi panraan??" - conveniently, Kavi's father has driven away but athai
does not know - Agrees to her nieces "yes, all this is happening
with my knowledge. So what?" Megs and Loosu are stunned....

Episode 322 Tuesday 9/9/08

Continuation of nadu theru conference - athai accepting her role
in the love story. Megs and loosu are stunned and want to know
if all this is right. Athai says that she does not see any thing wrong
Loosu says that Kavi's parents came and shouted -"even if they
marry how can sezhi be happy?? will he have any respect?"
Athai has a ready explanation - - " what happened in sakthi's case???
did u all not accept? Kavi is rich and so Sezhi will have a good life"
Megs does a hand dance and informs about Geetha - athai says
that she knows about that and she was the one who advised
Sezhi to kazhatti vittufy Geetha -"enna di?? I want my nephew to live
in luxutry and u want him saddled with that kanakku pillai's daughter???
Sezhi will marry Kavi - mudinja thduthu paaru" Athai leaves. Loosu wants
to inform Kavi's parents about athai's plan but Megs vetoes that idea -
""namba kudumba thai nambale vittu kudukka mudiyaathu" Finally the
sisters decide to confront Sezhi and plan to grace Mohan's abode.

Diwa is setting up the house - Boils milk and while pouring in the
tumbler spills it on his hand - it burns the skin and he is in pain.
Just then his dad comes and Diwa is very happy. Dad had brought
some vattal kozhambu made by mommy and has come to discuss
about the land buying deal. Dad sees Diwa's hand and is upset.
Learns that Diwa got burnt during the milk boiling process. Not
just that - also learns about half baked....Kothai etc., etc.,/....
Daddy gives a long lecture on "marriage and how to make the
most of it?" - finally leaves saying that it is high time that Diwa
caught hold of his life and make it worth living.

Athai comes back and Kavi's dad confronts her - " I saw u talking
to your nieces!!! Thought that u are not in talking terms!!!" Athai
beautifully turns the dosai - " they both came to me saying that
i should help them in getting Sezhi married to Kavi. I told them
that Kavi's parents will decide her life. I will not interfere and spoil
Kavi's life as I think of her as my daughter" Kavi's dad is happy
to hear this and doles out some choicest comments about Muzhi -
"enna thaguthi avanukku?? just odiya maram mathiri tall, thats all.
Padippu mudikkalai.... no velai..." Athai looks sheepish. Finally Kavi
and parents leave for the temple. Athai and Kavi exchange by
sign language - athai wants Kavi to call her after going to Sezhi
and Kavi agrees ..... athai looks happy...

Episode 323 Wednesday 10/9/08

Semai bore episode - keep off folks - Megs and Loosumani visit
Muzhi anna - confront him for deserting Geetha. Sezhi shouts
back -"it is my life and I know how to organize it, get lost" Loosu
challenges that she will see him one hand " let us see how u marry
Kavi". Megs hesitates but Loosu is all set to go the police ( Roja kku
puriyalai, ethukku police??? enna complaint??) Loosu says that she
will make Geetha lodge a complaint and put Sezhi behind
the bars. Loosu kku full aa marai kazhandu pochu - Angu
association le muzhu loose aagiduthu!!!

Half baked and Kothai - some silly boss - who advises half baked
not to hurry about getting a baby - sakthi gets a job - boss is
in a party mood - uh huh - half baked kku sariyana office - the
whole lot look half baked - Diwa , u have to fight one whole load,
beware!!!

Megs and Loosu with Geetha - Megs tells her that Muzhi anna is
under the spell of athai. Loosumani wants Geetha to come along
to the police station - well at last, kanakku gets the whole picture.
Loosu invites him to join the party ("polaamaa?/police station???"
- BG by Roja) Kanakku) feels bad that he did not know the truth.
Tells Geetha that he was oblivious to her suffering. Vetoes loosu's
suggestion of police station -" my daughter's name will be tarnished.
Thank u both for supporting my daughter but your brother uruppada
maattan " cries hugging daughter - Loosu and Megs are stunned
uh huh

Episode No 324 Thursday 11/9/08

Tilaga clan - in denial - paatti, Loosu, Tilaga and Megs sulking.
Loosu brings coffee. Tilaga says that she can not understand
as to why the sisters could not dole out a few blows and bring
him back - Megs says that Sezhi is not the same old Muzhi "he has
changed. Was very rude and asked me not to go around telling
people that I am his sister" Loosu for her part says that now
Muzhi is interested only in money. Tilaga pulls Loosu along to
visit Muzhi - " I will somehow bring him back" .Both leave. Megs
laments to paatti that Sezhi has started to think about his life-
( whats wrong madam???U do not want any one around you to
have a mind of their own???)

Kavitha and parents at the temple - for the girl seeing ceremony -
Kavi looks around and spots Mohan, Sezhi's friend. Both scoot
while the parents are busy praying. Savagasamaa , Pounu and
hubby look back and find Kavi missing - search starts.

Mohan and Kavi on the bike - hit against a car - none other than the
groom to be - they know Kavi and kavi says that she is in love with
Sezhi -" my dad is arranging all this behind my back,I am sorry. I am
going to cootchi coo with lover boy" . scoots with Mohan. The
mother of the groom to be wants to leave but the father wants to
rub some salt - so decides to go to the temple.

Kavi's parents are still searching for darling daughter - the would
have beens come and meet. Kavi's dad covers up saying that Kavi
is at college -"some urgent work, she will come now" - the boy's
dad pours ice cold water -"aha , we met your daughter and she made
things very clear. You could have saved us the trouble!!!"
The mother questions the upbringing -" my son lives abroad but still
does not cross the Lakshman rekha drawn by me!!! "

Home - Kavi's parents are seething - dad wants to know
as to who leaked the info!!! Athai is smart "athaane???
intha vishaym namakku mattum thaane theriyum???"
Finally Kavi's dad calls the Police commissioner and his
own henchmen ..... search???!!! uh huh ask athai...she knows///

Episode No 325 Friday

Sezhi anna is all Muzhi now - ah yes, waiting for Mohan to bring
his lady love Kavi. A car is ready outside - to elope. Bingo.....
Loosu and Tilaga arrive. Muzhi sees them and is vexed. Does not
want to continue the family pastime of nadu theru conference -
rushes inside - Tilaga would have preferred to discuss things in the
open but has no option - " aww Sezhi ulla poraan!!! sari, will soon
get an opportunity to do a nadu theru drama" - well Tilaga's children
never disappoint her in this - it will follow!!! Tilaga appeals to Sezhi -
"othai aambalai pillai of the family..... unga appa mathiri neeyum
pannathe.... do not listen to wrong advice....come back home..." and
does a disgusting act- falls at the feet of her son, and cries hugging
his leg. Loosu is all emotional and starts mooking - high time -
\ amma, ennamma ithu??? avan kalile..." - then chides darling bro -
"how can u be so rude to amma??? " Sezhi says that he is only
worried about hislife -"nothing else matters and u both get lost"
Just then Kavitha and Mohan arrive - Sezhi pushes Kavi in to the
car, asks Mohan to follow.... and leaves. Tilaga gets the opportunity
she was looking for - a nadu theru drama ...cries.... "ipdi nammai
mathikkaliye??" Loosu does some more mooking..."amma azhathe....
ammmaaaa" joins the mini RKO ... does some nadu theru crying and
then leave the arena.

The next part has Tams, Nandhu and Pechi drinking coffee -
looks like there is no gas in the house,no power..... Tams laments
about all this and says that over and above all this, she is more
disturbed by loosumani and Angu -"antha rendum nadathara
attagasam thaangalai. " Asks hubby darling to advice to mommy.
Nandhu says that he can not - "vera oor le irunthu yaaranum
varanum, to advice them!!" Bingo..... God heard him. 4 rowdies
come in bikes.... enter the house and run all over.... looking for
loosumani - Tams tries to stop them... threatens to call the police
but the rowdy pushes her and puts a dagger at her throat -
finally we know that they are men sent by Kavi's dad Sundaram.
"mariyadhaiya enga Sundaram ayya ponnai kondu vanthu vidunga.
Illatti, yaarum yuiroda irukka maatinga" - the men leave. Nandhu
gives a "savalangadi giri giri , saida pettai vadaikari" act -
challenges to finish off the rowdies - Tams says that he need not
act now " they have gone far far away now..."

Muzhi in Mohan's village along with Kavi - Mohan's father wants to
know the reason for eloping. Kavitha says that they both love each
other and her father does not like it - "Sezhi's family was very affluent
but they lost it all. So, now my father does not like me marrying a poor
man" Mohan's father gives a conduct certificate -
"rendu perum partha nalla pasangalaa theriyaringa. Do not worry.
Our village will protect you" - all through this Sezhi looks withdrawn -
Kavi confronts this and asks him if he is chicken -
Sezhi says that he is scared of her father. Kavi says that it is she
who should be scared - "for a girl it is more of a risk to run away.
Now all we need is courage - u better be courageous and lets
work it out, ok??' ( u ain't seen nothing yet baby.... courage aa??
apdinnaa?? unnai vida innoru rich girl partha avan Odiduvaan!!!)
Kavi appeals to Mohan -" konjam dairiyam kathu kudu Mohan"

Sundaram storms in to Tilaga's house. Paati warns all of them -
"he may say a few unpalatable things in his anger, let us all keep quiet"
Sundaram tells Tilaga that she encouraged her son to woo Kavi -
" u let yr daughters find their hubbies. You wanted to regain
all the lost wealth through your son???!! U need to work for money
... can not resort to such cheap tricks.... ithukku ellarum marunthu
kudichi sethu poidalaam " ( ah a aha director ellarukkum time
kurichittaraa??? Megs mattum pothum, bakki ellam can be dispensed??!!! )
Both Loosu and Megs try to say some thing but
Sundaram silences them - calls them all as "koottu kalavanis"-
"I want my daughter back.... and be rest assured, I will find that Sezhi
and mithichi konnuduven....." storms out...paatti cries..
"Sundaram apdi ellam pannidathey" but Sundaram leaves.
Tilaga slides down on the threshold and cries - nadu theru kku
poga no energy and time - it is an emergency RKO - hey daughters
join momma... 1 2 3 start - oh yes the clan does not disappoint Roja
RKO starts.

OK folks - here is the deal - We are supposed to start a new thread
for everyday's update as the no copy feature works only on the first page.
I want to try out some thing - I am going to reserve the next 4 posts
for the rest of the week - that way, u will get to read the week's update
in the first page. Your comments will appear starting from post no
6 in the first page. If this does not work,then I will start a new thread
every day

Episode NO 326 Monday 15/9/08.

Tilaga household - the womenfolk have managed to move from the
threshold - the daughters must have dragged mommy so that they can
have enough space for RKO - Roja just got lucky, she does not
have to witness the whole RKO - it starts at the interval - the clan
has recessed for coffee - Megs has some milk for mommy in
her hands. Tilaga is in soliloquy mode - "Sezhiyaa... ipdi pannittiye..."
Paatti is pacing and chiding grandson - " ore oru aambalai pillai!!!
hmmm, intha family kku men aa le no use nnu vithi" Kirtana gets all
worked about this aambalai pillai stuff - exactly Roja's sentiments -
"what is the big deal about a son??? daughters can take care of the
family !!! and this Kavitha.... how dare she elopes with Sezhi??" Paatti
says that they can talk only about their boy.... by now the milk In Meg's
hands must have become ice cold!!! Loosumani joins the fray with
" how dare he insults us??!!" Finally paatti deems it fit to feed Tilaga -
bingo.....Tilaga has some seizures...... the clan screams....cries.... and
then decide to get some medical help.......

Tams is still sulking about the rowdy hitting her and holding a butcher's
knife at her throat - aha aha apdiye lesaa oru keeral podama vittutiye.....
antha voice box konjam damage aagi , viewers kku konjam relief
kidaichirukkumm ..hhhhmmm - Talks about Loosumani's unauthorized stay
in Danda's household - " her brother elopes with some one and rowdies
visit our house??!!! Uh huh, amma has every right to stay with us but
Loosu has to leave" Danda is pepped up by his daughter and screams
for his part " athane, Loosumani ...leave now.... u are not wanted here"
Finally it is moron who reminds them that Loosumani has taken a break
and gone to the parental home -" RKO poda poirukka, inge all of u shout
as if she hears??" The confused clan scoots the arena.

Sundaram, Kavi's dad is paying his henchmen - gives instructions
about finding Muzhi anna and rescuing Kavi - "bring my daughter
back ...safely...got it??" The men leave...athai watches all this and
is scared. Pounu for her part sits, cries and curses Sezhi -athu
ennavO theriyalai ... Kalai family kku remotely connected aa irukka
kooda this qualification is a must - Sundaram silences her -yovvv
nadakkumaa??? - just then a Police Inspector comes saying that he
is assigned the job of "rescue Kavi Operation" wants Sezhi's mobile
no - "if he makes calls, then we can trace the location of the tower and
find his hideout" Sundaram provides the info. Athai hears this.... kneads
her hands......

Athai calls Sezhi from outside... Sezhi's mobile rings but he does not
pick it up - he is scared and Kavi goads him - after testing Roja's patience
for over 3 or 4 mins, Muzhi picks up. First athai scolds him for delaying
and then spells out Sundaram's plan. She gets Mohan's mobile no and
asks Sezhi to switch off his mobile . Sezhi obeys - Kavi is fed up -"nalla
brave payyanaa parthu thaan love panniyirukken!!!" ( u ain't seen
nothing yet baby.... Roja sings - Poga poga theriyum, intha Sezhiyin
nija gunam puriyum....)

ICU - Tilaga inside with Oxygen mask... Loosumani and Megs outside
- producer gets robbed for buying glycerin - doctor comes out.... both
cry about mommy - " it is a heart attack..." the sisters are agape.....
fly enna, even a duck can go in..... Ok folks ...it is money making time
for Roja.... ICU vasalile RKO ..... ticket cost ??? 10 rs thaan - the show
has become cheap .. repeated performance..... in quick succession....
so ticket cost le compromise pannitta Roja.... ready steady...... go...
