my pm cant send messages to other members . can u help me ?? pls

i have made this topic cause my pm does not work.i have tried sending messages but it comes that message has not been sent. what should i do .pls help me . n pls dont close this topic please.

r u sure the person u r sendin a pm too has enuf space free in his/her inbox???

i had posted a message to sweetviolet but it came as the message has not been sent ,whoever i try to send message it comes like that .i really dont know why 😕 😕 😕

if the msg says that"the members has exeeded the number of pms they r allowed to recive" then his/her inbox is full.so first ask him to clear the inbox.
u can send me a pm to test if ur pm service is ok.

if thats the prob? then its simple.tina is having a prob in recieving pm.some pm recived,others gets the same msg.
i think its technical prob.
