Hey guys,
Just wanted to share...about a feature i just learned about. Maybe you guys know this already, but in case you don't i just wanted to tell you that we can use the new feature of "Direct Links" to create the index for our Fics.
After the new layout came into effect and all the page numbering changed, i had to sadly go through my Fic page by page looking for my updates and update my index to reflect the changes. But with the Direct Link feature, we can provide the link to the post instead of the page..and therefore...if there is ever another reason due to which we'll see changes in page numbering...we won't need to update our index...because the link will be to the post and not the page number.
All you have to do is click the "Direct Link" that appears on the top right hand side of the post you want to link to and the direct link to the post will appear on your window and you can copy that paste on the first page.đ
