Actors have always blamed the media for speculations and the allegations that follow them like shadow. But just like they say, there is no smoke without fire.
Last week the Khallas girl Eesha Khoppikhar was rushed to the hospital. She was on the sets of Rajshri's Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi when the unit members hit the panic button. Apparently, Eesha fainted on the sets and was rushed to the nearest maternity hospital. Eesha feels that it was stress and long working hours that aggravated her condition. But the unit members of the film have a different story to tell.
"She asked the people to take her to the nearest gynecologist. That incident triggered off the speculations about her alleged pregnancy. We hopped across to the actress to get her side of the story. "Yes, I was hospitalized for a few days when I was shooting for Rajshri," admits Eesha. "I can't remember the name of the hospital. I was there for 4 days and yes, it was a maternity hospital. But I was getting treatment for stress and nothing else," she elucidates.
Being a complete actor, Eesha says that she gets so engrossed into the character she plays that she doesn't remember eating or sleeping... "I guess that takes a toll on my health." However she rebuffs rumors about her pregnancy. "That's rubbish," she snaps. "This has happened with me earlier, when I was shooting for Ram Gopal Verma's Shabri . But that time I wasn't hospitalized, I was rushed back home."
