Why isn't Karisma here ? She is a class dresser with not even a thread out of place ever. She should be on top... and of course Preity... she is absolutely elegant.

Ash and Kareena do have their bad dress days.... Dips was fien too until she wore that horrendous fruit sack teamed with a misplaced red bag at one of BAH promotions....Sona is a boho-chic dresser , not everyone's taste but interesting and stunning nevertheless...

I like Malaika but she is too predictable with her Beverly Hills look!

From the list, my vote would go to Preity ZInta. I think she has good taste. But I'm surprised that Karishma Kapoor isn't mentioned. Be it Eastern or Western, she carries off both looks very well.
