Actress Payal Rohatgi Behind Rahul Mahaja

It has just been hours since Rahul Mahajan divorced his wife Shweta and the news about his romantic link-up with actress Payal Rohatgi is already all over the place. Rahul Mahajan is the son of the late Bharatiya Janata Party leader Promod Mahajan and it is being said that his closeness with Rohatgi could have been a possible reason for his divorce.

Payal Rohatgi, who has done insignificant roles in films like Corporate, 36 China Town, Dhol, has been continuously denying a love affair with Mahajan though. Sources reveal that she threw a party for Rahul Mahajan at a five-star hotel in New Delhi recently and that only few close friends were invited to it. When queried about it, the actress was not ready to divulge details.

She just quipped, ?It was a personal affair. I would not like to say anything about it?. However one of the guests spilled that both Rohatgi and Mahajan were the ideal hosts and looked like a pair. One hears that the two of them have been friends for over six years now and that they came close after Mahajan?s married life started turning sour.
