Story so far: Sadhana is an orphan growing up in her maternal uncle's home. Ragini is her cousin. The two are great friends. Sadhana gets married to the retarded Alekh on the condition that his younger brother Ranvir marries Ragini. But as Ranvir already has a girlfriend, Ragini's wedding is cancelled. But later on, Ranvir breaks off with Sonia when he finds out that she is not at all suitable. Ranvir and Ragini meet again and love blossoms.
