My style statement is an ode to my femininity!" says Pooja Bedi

Brands that I dig on...Body shop, Mac make up, Shisiedo products and Maggi noodles

At home, you would find me lounging in...Summer dresses, jeans and strappy tops. I love summery dresses, which are in vogue. Bright hues or pastel shades, I love the feel of the soft linen or cotton on a warm summery afternoon.

My gym wear is...are my track pants and singlets.

Formal look to me is...Well-cut evening dresses, gowns, high heels and of course, a girl's best friend - diamonds.

Casual look for me is…Jeans and strappy tops, cotton lycra mini dresses or skirts with singlets. I am particular of what I wear on me. And I swear by my denims. There is nothing like a well cut jeans, which does wonders to your figure. You can go casual to chic with denim. It is a classic style statement.

My party ensemble is...whatever strikes my fancy at the moment. Ofcourse, I do keep in my mind the occasion.

My classic style statement is…I love being a woman. It's a definite high. And I love to flaunt my femininity. To think about it, we got the best deal out of the whole lot. From being sensuous to walking away dripping innocence, we can pull it all of and more! My style statement is an ode to my femininity. And I love dressing up in the best. Jewelery, high heels and the right dash of make up is what keeps me in the radar.

Indian designers that I follow…I love Indian designers and fusion clothes are in rage. Gauri Nainika, Tarun Tahiliani, Malini Ramani, Manish Arora and Shahab Durazi are classic fashion designers that I follow. The clothes are sheer poetry. I love the colors and the marriage of designs that our Indian designers are able to bring to the fore.

The ultimate style icon to me would be…Angelina Jolie. I simply love and admire the way she is so well put together be it formal functions or at grass root level doing charity work in Africa, whether she is slim or pregnant doesn't affect her elegant and well turned out look. She's the ultimate style icon to me.

A must have in my purse is…Money, credit cards, house keys, lip gloss and eye liner.

My party look for the season is…whatever suits the occasion! But I always try to flaunt my femininity and believe in accessorizing which is the most important quotient in making a style statement

The perfume, which is my signature statement…24 Faubourg by Hermes

The colors of this season…You should only wear what suits your skin tone! I tend to stick to earth colors… but occasionally dabble in a black or red. They are power hitters! If you want to make a statement without saying much, your classic black or a sensuous red does the trick. .

I'm a fashion junkie when it comes to…Earrings and necklaces. I love collecting them from around the world. I have a huge collection of little knick knacks that is my most treasured collection.

My favorite designer is…Gauri Nainika

My most expensive dress is….My most expensive outfits are my Indian sarees and Lehengas. Since I only wear them to big occasions they are works of art and something I shall pass onto my daughter in legacy

My most embarrassing fashion faux pas is…I really don't want to talk about it… the less said about it , the better.

My fashion statement for the season is….To just be me…. !!!
