Next day in RS's (Raja Saheb) room, CR had convinced RS that yudi was very busy for the past few weeks and thus not able to spend enough time with RB. As they have recently been engaged, they should spent some quality time together to know each other better.😕 However, RS was apprehensive, as he did not like the idea that RB should stay here in palace. CR, highlighting her deep concern for this new couple and her worry for the future of yudi and RB, convinced RS that whatever she was doing was in the interest of Yudi and RB and everyone else in the Shishodia pariwar. According to CR, as parents their happiness lies in yudi and RB's happiness and being the obedient and dutiful son, yudi himself would not say anything for his happiness, so it was their duty as parents to think about him. 😕

On break fast table:

CR: bhanu ………….kunvar Yudhisthir ko bulaayiye naste par aaj lagtaa hain oonhe deri ho gayi hain……………

Bhanu: ji CRji

CR: aur rani ko kahiye ki humne bulaaya hain kuchh baat karni hain oonse………….😕

Bhanu: ji CRji hum abhi rani ko bhi bhejte hain……….

Yudi strolled into the dining hall. He was late today as he took a quick detour and went to BR's room to look for rani 😳since he had not seen her for the past two days. Yudi waited in BR's room for a while for rani but she was not there. He was disappointed not finding her in BR's room, but he knew that rani was busy serving his mom and might be doing some important work. She always kept her promise to meet him everyday. 😳

Yudi: pranam chhoti maa, pranam pitaaji ………kshamaa kijiye hume deri ho gayi ………woh hum maa se milne gaye the..to jaraa beth gaye oonke paas…….

King: koi baat nahi kunvar.kahiye aap kaa project kaisaa chal rahaa hain……

Yudi: bahut achhi taraha se chal rahaa hain lagtaa hain ……………hum samay par humaaraa kaam khatam kar paayenge aur jo dusraa tender khulne waalaa hain ooski bhi hume taiyaari karni hain……..

CR: lagtaa hain aap bahut hi busy hain……..

Yudi: ji chhoti maa………agle kuchh mahine hume bahut kaam rahegaa……..

Rani arrived there upon hearing CR's call, yudi looked at her and was very happy seeing her there😳 but rani deliberately avoided his gaze and did not acknowledge his presence. Rani knew everyone in the room was observing her closely. Yudi was fervently staring at her and was trying to grab her attention oblivious of what was going on in the room.😳 He was startled when CR called his name twice.😕😲

CR: kunvar hum aapse baat kar rahe hain……….

Yudi(stutter): ji .ji chhoti maa aapne hume kuchh kahaa…😕

CR: ji kunvar kahaa kho gaye the aap hum kabse aapko kuchh kah rahe the….

All eyes in the room were focused on Yudi. He felt embarrassed and self conscious while wondering if his solitary attention on Rani had been universally noted by everyone in the room.😕

CR: humne aur Rajaji ne aapke baare me khuch socha hain.

Yudi: kya chhoti maa?

CR: yahi ki aap kaam se bahaut busy rahete hain. aur eesi wajahaa se aap RB ko samay nahi de paa rahe hain😕

Whenever yudi heard, RB's name his heart became heavy with some unknown fear and impervious feeling towards her.🥱 However, he had no choice because RB was an undesired part of his life that he keenly wanted to rip apart.

CR: dekhiye phir se aap kahi kho gaye……hum kitne dino se dekh rahe hain aap baat baat pe kahi kho jaate hain aur khaas karke jab hum RB ki baat karte hain tab………😡……hume lagtaa hain aap oonhe bahut miss kar rahe hain…….

Yudi gave hasty glance at rani and she was looking at him from corner of her eyes.😳

Yudi: aisi koi baat nahi hain CRji….

CR: phir bhi hume aur Rajaji ko lagtaa hain ki aap ko RB ke saath kuchh samay bitaanaa chaahiye……..taaki aap dono ek dusre ko achhi tarah se pahechaan sake…..ek dushre ki pasand naa pasand jaan shake……….

Yudi: theek hain chhoti maa jaise hume samay milegaa hum oonke saath bahaar jaayenge..

CR: lekin hum jaante hain aapko ………aapke liye apnaa kaam sabse jyaadaa mahatvaa rakhtaa hain…..eesi liye………humne tay kiyaa hain ki hum RB ko yaha bulaayenge……

Yudi racked his brain to understand what CR wanted to tell him, but his heart was pounding from the dreadful thought that he had to spend time with RB………..and the moment he took his first sip of juice…….😲

CR: hum RB ko ek hufte ke liye yaha mahal main rahene ke liye bulaa rahe hain ……taaki aap oonke saath jyaadaa se jyaadaa samay bitaa shake…………….😲

The thought of spending an entire week with RB filled his entire mind and body with a sense of revulsion so strong that he inadvertently spit the mouthful of juice that he was quietly enjoying.😲 Yudi coughed uncontrollably for a few seconds that seemed like an eternity, the kind of feeling one gets on the periphery of the slim line that divides life and death or like a fish out of water when one cannot breathe.😕 He managed to regain control just in time while everyone crowded around him in an attempt to try to help him. Rani made an instinctive move to help Yudi but was able to refrain herself from reacting impulsively.

CR: rani khadi kyaa hain kunvar ko paani dijiye…………..

Rani: ji rani sahibaa

Rani gave Yudi a glass of water and signaled with a knowing flutter of her eyes for Yudi to relax, as she could understand how upset yudi was about RB coming to the palace for an entire week.😕 This meant Yudi would have to entertain RB leaving no time to spend with Rani.😭 The hopelessness of this situation infuriated Yudi tremendously and the irritation showed clearly on his facial expressions and in the throbbing of his veins around his neck.

King: kunvar aap theek to hain ye achanak aapko kyaa ho gayaa………….

Yudi: kuchh nahi pitaaji.bas aise hi.

CR; lagtaa hain RB ke aane ki khushi kunvar bardaast nahi kar paaye.kyun?🤢

Yudi : nahi aisi koi baat nahi ……..hum chalte hain hume kuchh jaroori kaam yaad aa gayaa………..

King: lekin aapka naastaa to khatam kar dijiye……

Yuid: nahi bas ho gayaa……..chalte hain

He stormed out of the dining hall, leaving rani feeling concerned about Yudi barely having any breakfast.

CR: lagtaa hain kunvar sharmaa gaye……..🤢

But in her mind she thought " hum jaante hain aap ko kitna badaa jatkaa lagaa hain………aap har koshish kar le ab aap ko apni jubaan kholne se koi nahi rok shaktaa…….bhagvaan bhi nahi………hum majboor kardenge aapko ……….apne aur rani ke rishte ke baare main Rajaji ko bataane par………..abhi to ye shuruat hain…….aage aage dekhiye kyaa hota hain"😡

CR: rani aap ko humne khaas kaam se bulaaya hain.

Rani: ji chhoti rani sahibaa kahiye

Rani was desperate to go and see yudi, because she knew that yudi might be fuming in his room and she did not want him to take any step that could create bigger problems for him. 😳

CR: hum chaahte hain ki jab kal RB aaye to oonki sevaa main aap haajir rahe……….aur woh jab tak yaha par hain….onhe koi baat ki kami na ho. aap har pal oonki har jaroorat kaa khyaal rakhengi………..hume aap par pura bharosaa hain ees wajah se hum ye kaam aapko sop rahe hain………😡…

Rani: ji chhoti raniji

CR: ab aap jaa shakti hain……….

Bhanu was very angry that CR had given such a big responsibility to rani and she vowed to take revenge for this insult. She resolved to scheme and create situations that would land rani in trouble with RB.😡

Rani stopped by the kitchen on her way to Yudi's room to grab some breakfast. The moment she was about to step out of kitchen Bhanu who was already fuming on rani stopped her.😲😲

Bhanu: kahaa jaa rahi hain rani ji aap ye khana le kar?

Rani stopped dead in her tracks, as Bhanu's sudden appearance was totally unexpected. Her mind was racing to come up with a good response to Bhanu but before she could utter a single word😲

Sukhiya: kyun bhanu tumhe badi chinta hain sabki…………tum bhul gayi ye nikkiji ke breakfast kaa samay hain……….tum to bhul gayi lekin ees bechari ko sab yaad rahetaa hain woh …….nikki ko khana dene jaa rahi hain……….koi taklif hai tumhe?👏👏

Bhanu felt silly on her absent-mindedness and it hurt her pride for being told-off on her incompetence. Sukhiya's reminder cut like a knife and now her irresponsibility was going to become public. She did not want to lose face. 😡

Bhanu: achha achha theek hain……..

Sukhiya : aur chhoti rani ne tumhe store room saaf karne ko kahaa hain……..to jaao aur saaf karo warnaa bahut daant padegi……..😆😆😆

Rage flooded every molecule within Bhanu's body hearing Sukhiya treat her like she was a lowly ranked servant. She received a menial task compared to rani, and decided to wait for the chance to take revenge upon rani.😕

Sukhiya: jaao rani ………..nikki tumhaaraa intzaar kar rahi hogi.

Yudi stormed off to his room and slammed the door with a loud bang, upset with the thought that RB was coming to stay in the palace and he had to spend time with her. Saksh followed yudi in his room.😕

Saksh: kyaa baat hain kunvarji aap itne pareshaan kyun hain?

Yudi: aapne sunaa kuchh. woh RBji yaha padhaar rahi hain….

Saksh: to ees main aap itne pareshaan kyun hain..

Yudi: hum pareshaan kyun nahi ho ………aap ko pataa bhi hain chhoti maa oonhe yaha mahal main ek hufte ke liye bulaa rahi hain taaki hum unke saath samay bitaa paaye………

Saksh: oh …….tab to mushkil baat hain…….lekin ……..ab chhoti maa ke nazariye se to dekhiye to woh aap ke liye hi ye sab kar rahi hain………..oonhe sachaayi kahaa maloom hain…………

Saksh: to phir aapke paas ek hi chaaraa hain aap jaake Rajaji ko sach bataa dijiye……….😲

Yudi: wahi to hum karnaa chahte the lekin………….en mauke par……….woh……..😲

Saksh: woh kyaa.? ………oos din bhi humari baat puri nahi ho paayi ki kyun aapne Rajaji ko sachhayi nahi bataayi?😲😲

Yudi: woh…….hume pataa nahi chal rahaa hain hum aapko kaise kahe ….kyunki hum khud oos baat ko leke paresaan aur jyaadaa to hairaan hain.

Saksh: paheli naa bujaayiye……..shayad hum aap ki koi madad kar paaye…

Yudi told saksh about encounter with sukhiya and what ever sukhiya informed him about someone being evil in palace wanted to harm yudi and his reputation in front of king.😲😲😲

Saksh was amused to hear that.

Saksh: baat to humari bhi samaj main nahi aa rahi hain…….aisa kaun ho shaktaa hain. lekin agar hain to phir hume saavdhaan rahenaa padegaa……….aur koi aur raashtaa dhundhnaa padegaa……….😕

Yudi: lekin ees waqt humari chinta kuchh aur hain…..kaise hum RB se pichha chhudayenge………..aap jaante hain ye humse nahi hoga……..

Saksh: lekin aap ko karnaa padegaa ……….kunvarji…….

Yudi: lekin……..rani……ooske dil pe kyaa gujaregi………kyaa woh sah paayegi ki hum kisi aur aurat ke saath samay bitaa rahe hain………….😕

That moment rani entered yudi's room with his breakfast.

Rani: woh aurat koi aur nahi aapki honewaali patni hain kunvarji…😲………

Yudi and saksh were startled to hear Rani's voice and surprised to hear whatever rani said just now.

They turned towards the direction of voice where rani was standing near the door with the breakfast plate in her hand.

Rani entered the room and kept the plate on the table near the sofa. She went closer to yudi. Yudi was staring at her with amusement.

Yudi: ye aap kyaa kah rahi hain?😕

Rani: hum wahi kah rahe hain jo sach hain…….😕

Yudi: rani…….aap ……….

Before he finished his sentence saksh asked permission to go as he thought it would be advisable that, he should leave them alone.

Yudi: theek hain ………

Yudi turned towards rani who was standing there looking relaxed.

Yudi: rani aap jaanti hain woh humari hone waali patni nahi hain…….😕

Rani: ye aap kaa maan naa hain kunvarji……aur ye hum jaante hain ki aap oonse nahi hum se pyaar karte hain…..😳

Yudi: to phir aap aisi baat kyun karti ahin jo humare dil ko chont pahunchaati hain..😭

Rani: kunvarji baat ko samjiye……samaaj ki najaro main………..aapke maataa pitaa ki nazaro main aur khud RB ki nazaro main aap oonke hone wale pati hain………😕

Yudi: lekin hum aisa nahi maante aur aisa nahi chaahte……..

Rani: aapke chahne aur maan ne se kyaa hota hain kunvarji…………kis taraha se aap humare saath rahenaa chahte hain ………har waqt humare saath bitaanaa chahte hain…😳…oosi taraha RB ke bhi kuchh sapne honge…😲……kyunki woh to man se aap ko hi apnaa pati maanti hain……😲…….in sab baato main oonki kyaa galati hain……..😲

Yudi: hum ees baat se inkaar nahi karte rani ……….lekin ye bhi to paap hoga ki hum oonki bhaavnaao ko badhaavaa de………….kyunki akhir main hum oonse shaadi nahi karenge to achha hain hum abhi se oonke ye bhram ko tod de………….

Rani: lekin ek jatke se agar aap oonke pyaar ki avhelnaa karenge to oonkaa dill badi boori taraha se tuttegaa phir woh kabhi kisi rishte main vishvaas nahi kar paayegi……😕..

Yudi: to hum kyaa kare…………..😕

Rani: aap aisa kuchh kijiye ki woh apne aap ye mahesoos karne lage ki aapke aur oonke vichaar milte nahi hain to woh shaayaad apne aapko …………..aapke itna karib nahi mahesoos karegi….aur phir jab sachaayi saamne aayegi to oonhe itna dukh nahi hoga……😕

Yudi: oonhe aur dukh???????????…🤢.oonkaa jaisa svabhav hain hume nahi lagtaa oonhe kuchh farak padegaa……….kitni batmiz aur bad dimaag hain woh…………aur ek aap hain ………………aise logo ki bhi chinta karti hain………….😳

Rani: dil to dil hota hain har ek ke paas ………..aur ek saa hi dhadktaa hain har sine main………….😳

Yudi admired Rani intently, not simply at her external beauty and simplicity 😳but also at the fact that she had such a kind and caring soul. It surprised yudi that rani was worried about the woman who could steal her love from her forever😲. Rani's magnanimity and maturity stood in grand contrast to RB's shallow thoughts and immature behaviour like getting drunk at the pub with her friends.😡

Yudi: achha …………to dil to dil hi hota hain………aur ek saa hi dhadktaa hain ………agar aisa hain to humaara dil to har waqt aapka naam leke dhadktaa hain….kabhi aapne hume nahi bataayaa aapka dil kabhi humaaraa naam letaa bhi hain ya nahi…….ya sirf hum hi deevaano ki tarah aapke pichhe bhaagte rahate hain…………😳

Rani lowered her eyes, visibly embarrassed; she tried to avoid Yudi's passionate glance.😳

Yudi: kahiye ab kyun chup ho gayi…….😉

Yudi lift her face towards him.

Rani: achha ye sab baat baad main pahele aap naastaa kar dijiye….

Yudi: naastaa?

Rani: jihaa…….hume maloom hain aapne kuchh nahi khaayaa hain…….aur naastaa kiye binaa aap office nahi jaayenge………

Rani led him towards the breakfast that she had placed beside the sofa. Yudi sat down and Rani took a seat beside him.

Rani: chaliye ab achhe bachche ki taraha naastaa kar lijiye……..😆😆

Yudi: lekin RB ke aane ki baat sunte hi humari rahi-sahi khane ki ichchha mar chuki hian………..😕

Rani: achchha ji hume to lagaa ki hume dekhte hi aapki bhukh prajvalit hoti hain…………😉😉😉

Rani told those words very mischievously reminding him his own words he told her that night…………. 😉

Yudi cupped rani's face in his palm.😳

Rani shook her head feeling shy.😳

Rani: achha baate mat banaayiye………..hume abhi jaanaa hain agar kisi ko shak bhi ho gayaa ki hum aapke kamare main aapke paas hain to musibat ho jaayegi……..hum kitna jokham oothaa kar aaye hain……..woh to sukhiyaaji ne bachaa liya…….😲

Yudi's straiten up when he heard sukhiya's name.

Yudi: kyun kyaa huva…..

Rani narrated the whole situation that happened while she was bringing food for yudi. Yudi could still not figure out why sukhiya was helping them. Sukhiya had become an enigma for yudi. Rani, seeing yudi again lost in thought.😕😕

Rani: kyaa huva phir se kho gaye……..

Rani held his hand gently and with lots of affection, she turned his head towards her with her other hand.😳

Rani: aap chinta mat kijiye sab theek ho jaayegaa……..😳

Yudi: nahi rani …pataa nahi kyun lekin ek ajib si becheni ho rahi hain hume…😕😕……kuchh hain jo hume agaah kar rahaa hain…….kyun hume aisa lagtaa hain koi badaa tufaan aane waalaa hain…😕……humaara dil kyun gabharaa rahaa hain…..hume kyun aisa lag rahaa hain ki ……………kahi koi hume aapse alag naa kar de……😭😭

Rani resting her head on his chest while holding his hand firmly.

Rani: kunvarji…hum aapki becheni ko samajte hain …….lekin aap ye sochiye ki ye humare pyaar kaa ek chhotaa saa imtahaan hain……😳.aur aise to kayi imtahaan hume dene hain ……..aage jaake…😭…jaante hain………..jab sonaa(gold) kadi aag main taptaa hain ..aur phir kai kadi………kathinayiyo se gujarataa hain tab jaake oos me se ek khubsurat sa gahenaa bantaa hain……😳

Yudi: aap kahenaa kyaa chaahti hain…😕…..(yudi lift her face and staring at her beautiful brown eyes)

Rani: hum kahenaa ye chaahte hain kunvarji ki…….jitnaa sonaa taptaa hain ootnaa woh kharaa bantaa hain…oosi prakaar jitnaa ……….humaaraa pyaar kathinayiyo se gujaregaa woh ootnaahi……pavitra banegaa…..aur humaara bandhan bhi ootnaa hi gaheraa hoga..😳

Yudi: ye to hum bhi jaante hain lekin……kyaa aap ke dil ko thes nahi pahunchengi jab RB……humare karib aane ki koshish karenge…😲……aap jaante hain woh kyaa kar shakti hain…🤢…….

Rani: oonke koshish karne se kyaa hota hain kunvarji…hume aap par pura bharosaa hain…😳😳aap aisa kuchh nahi karege …..ye hume pakkaa vishvaas hain😳😳 phir oonke kuchh bhi karne se hume koi farak nahi padtaa……😳😳😳….bhanvraa chaahe kitna hi suraj mukhi ke phool(sun flower) ke saath khilwaad karle……….suraj mukhi kaa phool humesaa suraj ki aur hi jukaa huvaa rahegaa……..😳

Yudi: aap jaanti hain aapki baante dil ko badaa sukun deti hain…….phir bhi ……agar oonho ne aap ke saath kuchh batmizi ki to………😕

Rani: hum woh bhi sah lenge aap bephikar rahiye….lekin aap ……..itnaa jaroor kijiyegaa humare liye…..ki aap kuchh bhi ho jaaye apnaa ssayam nahi khoyenge…….😳

Yudi: hum koshish karenge lekin waadaa nahi kar sakte😕…..agar oonki buraai had paar kar jaayegi to hum shaayad apni had bhool bethe……😭

Yudi was mesmerized by Rani's words. Rani had explained a very complex philosophy in very simple words, and she had taught him to respect all aspects of life regardless of whether it is good or bad.😳👏 The Yin and the Yang were actually two facets of the same coin. To understand one facet one had to appreciate the other. Yudi understood that their relation was resilient to face any problem that would come on their way of togetherness. 😳

Rani stood up to go back to her work. She had spent a considerable amount of time with yudi and she was feeling guilty that nikki might be hungry.

Rani: achha hum chalte hain nikkiji ko bhi naastaa denaa hain……aap bas apne aap ko sambhaliye…..humaari chinta chhod dijiye.humaare saath aapka pyaar hain to hume kuchh nahi hoga……😳

As rani stepped up to leave, yudi pulled her towards him and embraced her passionately because he knew that for the next few days he had to stay away from his love and it was going to torment him incredibly. Yudi could not gather the courage to let her go. 😭😭😭

Tears streamed relentlessly from her eyes the moment rani stepped out of Yudi's room and the pretense of tranquility that she held up inside Yudi's room finally broke down.😭😭 The stream of tears turned into a torrent as she struggled to suppress her sobbing. She rushed away from Yudi's room and stopped at a distance to regroup her composure before she proceeded to Nikki's room. 😭
