Hey guys, i tried my best to write the update but again forgive me for mistakes..

Recap: Pratham frnd ask him is there any problem then give him some money to give to supplier. Arjun invited Poornima to some party. Kido's husband told her something abt life. Gauri's docotor told Pratham to bring Gauri for complete check up. Monica insulted Poornima n Arjun got angry. Pratham brought swiss tickets for Gaur n she is excited.
Nov 4:
Gauri had somethign struck in her throat n she was coughing badly. Pratham got worried n run to call doctor when Gauri stopped him n replied somethign stuck in her throat tht's y she cough. while Pratham asked continuosly if she is alright. Pratham ask Gauri whether she can breathe properly. Gauri says go n see ur mirror how scare u look n u r behaving if something bad happeend to u. Pratham replied, i really got very scare n i m sorry Gauri i argument with u reg swiss. Gauri holds his face in her hands n say u love me too much na, then plz meri ek baat manoge... n he asked wat.. she replied plz return this swiss tickets.. we can go their someother time plz for my sake. While Pratham looked helplessly n hugged her.

Pratham was sitting next to Gauri on bed n writing in his diary. he wrote my mother use to tell me, tht 1 life is very less for love.. tht time i didn't understand.. i never see love but since i met Gauri love has become my life. mera dil Gauri ko khone ke khayal se bhi toot jata hai... uske bina meri zindagi main kya reh jayega par nahin main usse apne se alag nahin hone dunga main kismat ke is phaisle ko badal kar hi rahunga.. zindagi aur maut ki ladai main zindagi ko jitna hi hoga aur iskeliye main kuch bhi karunga kuch bhi... all this time Pratham was trying to hold his ears n writing in diary.. then he saw gauri turning her face towards him n he immidiately put the diary n pen on pillow n came inside Bathroom. he stood infront of Mirror n cried badly n open the tap so Gauri can't hear his cries...
Gauri opened her eyes n didn't found Pratham around. She called for his name n he replied he will be there.. When Pratham came he asked.. Tum jaag kyun gayi, she replied tum pass nahin the na to, she stopped in middle n saw his eyes n asked yeh tumhari ankhon ko kya hua itni laal kaisi ho gayi... Pratham fumble with his words n replied ankhon main kuch gir gaya.. Gauri fwd her hand to hold his face n replied let me see... she very lovely lok into them n said dard kam ho gaya he shook his head in no.. she said ruko main tumhare liye eye-drops layi.. he stop her from going n said Pass rahogi to dard kam ho jayega Gauri give her sweet smile n replied, "eye drop dalne se darte ho is liye bahana bana rahe ho na? He nooded in yes n says, yes, bahut darta hun main ajj kal bahut.. Gauri says Pratham tum bhi na chalo jaldi se so jao soage na to ankhon ko arma milega.. so jao so jao she repeated n Pratham smiled Gauri saw this n says Jaldi n in commanding tone she says So jao na.. Pratham insisted tht before she sleeps then he will.. gauri smiled n did as he said, while Pratham luked at her n went back to sleep.
Next scene b/w poornima n Monica, Poornima called Monica n moni was shocked n says bura bhala too her.. poornima apologised for wat happened yest b/w her n Arjun.. she says she is sorry for tht, while Monica made ugly faces n says she never intened to come b/w the duo n invited her for lunch n says arjun is coming too while Monica made faec again n agreed..

Pratham asked why r u staring n she replied Pratham main chahti hun meri zindagi ki har subah main tumhe isi tarahan apne pass jagte hue dekkhu.. Pratham luked at her adoringle n she replied let me bring chai for u. Pratham stopped her n says doctor ne tumhe aram karne ke liye kaha tum baitho main chai le kar ata hun. she stopped him from going n replied, Pratham chai banane main kya mehnat hoti hai.. Pratham tried to say smething n she replied immidiately Pratham agar main pura din aisi hi baithi rahi na to thek hone ki bajai bimar pad jaungi, u go n get ready i bring the tea. Pratham stared after her.
Karishma was talking to her dad on pohne.. she was in her husband' office.. n Rahul stopped her from going inside n says he is busy in imp. meeting it's his instruction not to disturb him. karishma says he is my husband n i have imp work.. Rahula says he said no one shud disturb him. Karishma left angrily.
Pratham was shaving n thinking how to take Gauri for treatment wat bahana shud he make, how shud i take her to doc, wat shud i do tht.. then sudenyl he luked at the rasor n something comes in his mind... Gauri came with tea n says Pratham come jaldi chai is ready.. she called for his name... Pratham came out holding his wrist n Gauri saw she got worried n says wat happened, yeh khoon kyun nikal raha hai... she went to brought the patti n asked him how this happened he repleid i was doing shave or raser fisal gaya, she gets angry n replied Pratham tum har kam jald bazi main kyun karte ho.. he says it's nothing thek ho jayega mamuli si chot hai don't panick.. while she wrapped the patti around his wrist n says mamuli chalo doctor ke pass chalte hain pratham says doctor n she replied haan i will get the appoitment...

Arjun came to poornima home n says if i knew Monica wold be coming to main bilkul nahin ata. Poornima says plz forget everything we 3 can be frnds n says plz stay i will be delighted.. then arjun replied ok just for u. Poornima says i really don't want to come b/w u n says somethings too.. monica replies in tonding way tht whther u wanted to come b/w us or not but u have already come b/w us.. she was tellng this to Poornima n luked straight at Arjun n he luked angry at her... then she says lets eat n Arjun think monica is only think abt herself she care damn abt anyone while Poornima is so different n pure by heart.. it was not even her fault but she is still blaming her for everything... Poornima says Arjun ko khao plz.. Arjun complimenetd food is very tasty ur cook is very gud.. poornima replied yeh sab maine baya hai apne haathon se Arjun luk at her in awe while Monica started her tonding tone saying poornima why don't u open a business DHABE ka bahut acha chalega n then arjun luks angry then he says Monica is saying right... Why don't we both open restaurant together ur n my dada r partners even we will be togther how strong partnership will be.. right monica n she satys angry at him.. then Arjun asked poornima to bring some dish more... while poornbima was gone Arjun replied to Monica u cna never change u only care abt urself n ur party's she luks angry n says more poornima more life's reality Monica gets angry n stud up saying u stay with her n says If u both wanted to insult me then y call me here Arjun says go ahead no on wants u hear she left angrily n poornima called her but she didn't listen n walked away..
Doctor told Pratham to to stay away from water for few days while Gauri asked for some medi's n doc said no need of those just take pain killers if pain is not bearable then doc says le me give u some tetnus injecteion n Gauri luked worrly Prathama sked wat ahppened she says Pratham i hate injections n he smiled doc bring the injection Pratham told Gauri to go out n site he will be there.. she was gone.. doc asked U did this to bring Gauri here n he replied yes.. then says doc she is scare from injection just imagine wat her condition ocne she got to knw abt her bimari.. doc says don't worry i will try my best
Karisham's husband was sitting in rocking chair waiitng for Karishma to come n when she comes he says where were u i was waiting for u.. she said nothing n he says sorry for morning n says it was imp.. then said i didn't had my dinner n i have very imp. meeting toom on this karishma replied hotly, u only care abt ur meeting n business u don't care how much one go thru n his/her feelings saying this she walked away...

Pratham come out n Gauri asked it's done then she says how many times i told u not to do things hurrily agar jada lag jati to... n he replied i will take care next time then holds her hands n says lets go.. while she ask andar why he says chalo to sahi... she was scared to go inside
.. upon entering Pratham tried to come up with some excuse n told her how important life insurance security is n i decided we both shud have too then she says LI he says ya for future, it's a gud thing Gauri says ya it's gud.. then he says tht for this we need complete checkup n ask doc n he replied it's necessary then pratham to gauri while we r here today to i thought of doing this today itself.. wat u say.. she luk little nervous n replied.. umm ya sure why not.. Pratham was standing next to Gauri n doc go thru some tests on Gauri n jab koi baat bigad jaye was playing in background.. Pratham luked at Gauri n smiled, while she was holding his hand tightly... pratham luk at doc n he luk worriedly at pratham.. then some gud time flashback comes along with the silly fights they had n the time when pratham found gauri have cancer... along with the time she fainted n play times.. all the sweet moments b/w the duo... n last pratham crying after he got to knw abt cancer then again marriage moments+happy moments... then they came back to hospital n gauri luked worriedly at Pratham while Pratham gave assuring smile.. it finishes with doc n Pratham exchanigng luks n Pratham luking very sad
