double standards

whn vikas did kathak everybody was like oh so sad mouni n all. din even appreciate his effort. now whn narayani does it they r like 4 a gal its tuff. she did best n all. the king does not say tht narayani din dance well. he appreciates her effort juzz like he appreciated vikas. narayani lost out bcoz she did more of hip-hop n not popping n locking. last week no credit was given 2 vikas but this week they say bhaktiyaar has done this but its new 4 narayani.😆😆😆 wah maan gaye galz.

bhaktiyaar has given 4 performances til date excluding the grp performances n so as narayani. but everyone is like bhaktiyaar mania. amey has given 3 n mouni has given 4. but only amey's name is taken out. the king advises 2 1st check the facts b4 answering. both r putting their best players 4ward so whts wrong.

well, on today's face-off! i think that they made a right choice by putting narayani on the penalty bench! cuz, her performance did include a lot of hip-pop and bhangra! BUT,They should have sent vikas at the penalty bench last time too! last time when vikas performed he did a lil of kathak and a lot of bharatanatyam steps, mainly!
So, it's not like we or the judges did not credit vikas for his hard work! and what he did in 1 day!We did credit him and praise him! && we and the judges credited Narayani and praised her as well! for the 1 day hard work and everything!

What was unfair or i did not think is right was that....Last time the judges made it a tie! it was the judges fault!

Well. in today's episode, when Chaitanya and Vikas performed, Mallika talked about sync and coordination and when Mouni and Ashita performed, Mouni missed coordination many times, but Mallika never mentioned that, she talked about Ashita's wardrobe malfunction, I mean you are judge and this is the kind of unfairness you do, is it right? and not only that, when Ashita performed to Bhangra it did look like street bhangra and Amit did Bollywood style bhangra, but Mallika and chunky decided to put Amit in Penalty bench. i mean ask any dancer and they would say that Mallika don't know how to judge, and she shouldn't be a judge, only thing she talks about Coordination, Grace, and Sync.... there is alot more to talk about besides that... but i know my words will not go to the creatives so why waste time..

and today.. Narayani didn't perform a single step of Poping and Locking, and Vikas performed atleast 25% Kathak, yet not knowing anything about it and not even performing on the same before... but people are saying Mouni did better, off course cuz mouni has learnt and performed on kathak or bharat natyam before. and fact is even baktyar has perfomed popping and locking before. but Mallika didn't let him speak when Baktyar was about to disclose that it wasn't popping and locking

firstly "king" if you want to make a point it'd be better to talk in first person and not third...because to tell you the truth most of us are confused as to who you are referring to😆 secondly nobody took away from the fact that Vikas tried something different and it was very tough for him...if enough attention was made on the show then it was vivid how much Vikas was being praised and even Mouni wasn't even praised as much. I would disagree that Narayani's dance was all hip-hop and bhangra...being a choreographer I'm well aware of different forms of dancing and the beginning as well as lots of parts included poppin' n lockin'...the rigid movements through all parts of the body are referred to as lockin' and then releasing them that to in stiff movements is called poppin'. Narayani did much of that and then she also included a hip hop flavor with some bhangra. On the same front Bakhtiyaar was also doing poppin' n lockin' with some break dance. So in true sense nobody did poppin' n lockin' in TOTALITY!

But, u said that Vikas did 25% of kathak.....i would also want to point out that Narayani also did 25% of popping and locking! I agree that her performance had more of hip-pop and bhangra but 25% she also did popping and locking! it is not like she did not do it at all!

Anyway I think a majority of the members have a fair judgement so referring to people's opinions as double standards is completely wrong and unacceptable.

I think before judging others one should think about what they are going to say.

I completely agree. And I have nothing more to add. No one said Bakhtiyaar did not not deserve to win. He did, but so did Mouni last week. But yes he is being overused in the competition and I stand by what I said earlier on the topic.

firstly i think people need to stop bashing bhaktiyaar so much....he hasnt been in the same number of performances as narayani...so why bring in the number game....if the girls can send in their strongest player for quite a few number of dances then why cant the boys do the same...why rip apart only the guys section?

secondly vikas deserved the praise he got because he did kathak n mouni deserved the praise she got too....but maybe not as much becuz ppl expected it out of her....likewise if u saw todays episode a lot more praise was given to narayani even when she didnt perform popping and locking (there were four steps at the most) than bhaktiyaar becuz ppl expected it out of him...so both rookies on both sides of the team got their praises and compliments...so no hard feelings...

this is exactly wht the king is saying. narayani n bhaktiyaar have performed most frm their respective sides thn y only bhaktiyaar is criticized.
