I dont get it...how did Nitya succeed in convincing stupid Romila to lie for her?? I always thought Romila would have been nosy..?? Asking too many questions type..?? How did she so easily lie for Nitya??

nope but as the nanda's believe that nitya is the best bahu so they believe her blindly and as for romilla for her nitya is the best so she will do anything she is told and by the way she onli have half brain so its useless.
