Shiva comes to Kaveri's house and calls for her. Kaveri is shock. Shiva says he pity Kaveri as she is unable to chase him out from his own house. Kaveri warns Shiva about telling Shan all this but Shan says not to worry. No need to trouble for this and he himself will call out Shan. Shan runs down and is happy to see his boss. He ask Shiva when he came back from Kanchipuram? Shiva says today and Shan mother joins them. Shiva says he bought something for them from Kanchipuram. He gives a saree to Shan mother and tells her to take it. Mother first keeps quite and thinks. But Shiva tells her he is like a son for her. Kaveri is staring at Shiva. Shan ask his mother to take it and mother takes it. Shan ask him why the trouble. Shiva says normally when he goes Kanchipuram, he buys 2 saree. One for his mother and one for his sister. But this time he bought 4 including Shan mother and Kaveri. Shiva gives the saree to Shan and ask him to give it to Kaveri. Kaveri is stares at Shiva. First Shan hesitate. Shiva tells Shan while he was choosing for his sister, he remembered Kaveri. Shan must accept this if he thinks Shiva as his family member. Shan takes it. Shan goes to Kaveri and gives it. Shiva ask them if they like the saree. Mother says she likes it a lot. Kaveri was just standing there giving looks and stares at Shiva. He ask Kaveri is she likes the saree. Kaveri keeps quite. Shan answers saying its nice and ask Kaveri to answer to Shiva too. But Kaveri keeps quite only. Mother ask her to answer too. She answers nice. Shiva smiles. Shiva talks about how he feels belonged to this family and is happy to be part of Shan family. (Aiyo...tis is so annoying duh!!!) Shan and Shiva leaves and Kaveri throws the saree down.
Nandhini stops an auto but inside Kaveri is sitting. Driver says got people inside and Nandhini notices Kavari. Stupid of her to get down to talk to this loose. Kaveri ask nandhini if she is fine and Nandhini nods her head. Kaveri ask her how is Karthik. Nandhini thinks to herself.. romba mukiyam. Lets tells Kaveri about Karthik wanting to divorce Priya. Kaveri ask Nandhini what is she thinking. Nandhini says she wants to talk to Kaveri so Kaveri takes Nandhini to her house.
At Kaveri's house. (Okay, im really cutting short on this conversation.) Nandhini praise Kaveri as Karthik had told her lot about Kaveri. Now she only has respect for Kaveri. But Kaveri tells Nandhini she knows about her going to Priya to get divorce. And if now too Nandhini wants to talk about divorce it will be total waste. No divorce will take place. Nandhini is shock and upset. Kaveri says Priya is her sister and she is unable to forget Karthik. The reason why Priya left the house that day was because Nandhini lock herself and threatens to suicide. Priya cannot just let go off her first marriage. But Nandhini tells Kaveri this will not happen. Because Karthik right now only wants Nandhini and wants to divorce Priya. Kaveri ask her what is the proof. Nandhini says she is here to see Kaveri because Karthik ask her too. That not enough? Kaveri says no, she cannot believe this unless Karthik says this to her himself. As soon as he says that, Kaveri herself will get the divorve for them. Nandhini tells Kaveri that Karthik is a shy person and he cannot face his best friend to tell her about the divorce. And also Karthik is busy and cannot simply meet them. Kaveri says its okay, she will go and meet Karthik then. Nandhini is shock. Kaveri will go and ask Karthik herself if he wants to divorce Priya. Kaveri tells Nandhini to to be scared. If Karthik don't want Priya, then its fine with them. But he must say that. Nandhini keeps quite. Kaveri tells Nandhini that Karthik will never tells that cause she knows him since small. And Karthik loves Kaveri family and they love him too. Nandhini says she knows all about this. She also know that Kaveri and Karthik use to be lovers. But because Vijay cheated Priya, they got her married to Karthik. Kaveri is angry. Nandhini continues to insult Kaveri on her relationship with Karthik. Kaveri warns nandhini not to talk bad. But Nandhini continues to insult her and finally says she will get the divorce for Karthik and Priya. Nandhini knows that Kaveri still has feelings for Karthik and thats why she wants Karthik to stay as Priya husband. Kaveri tries to slap Nandhini but Nandhini stops her hand. She tells Kaveri final word to get Karthik and Priya divorce. Kaveri tells Nandhini she is a small girl and she will never win. Kaveri ask Nandhini to forget about this divorce and to leave. Nandhini challenge her that she will make sure Karthik say that he don't want Priya. Kaveri challenge her back saying Priya will be in that house soon and live as Karthik's wife. Nandhini leaves.
