Krishna was Vasudev's son and Arjun was Kunti's son.. now, Vasudev and Kunti are brother and sister.. and Subhadra was Krishna's biological sister.. In that case, Subhadra is Arjun's cousin.. (maternal uncle's daughter).. then, how come Arjun falls in luv with Subhadra and gets married to her??

I think Kunti and Vasudev were cousins. If you notice during the war Arjuna asks how he can fight against his brothers and relatives. By brothers he means the Kauravas who are actually cousins and not own brothers.
So if Kunti and Vasudeva are cousins, then Arjun and Krishna would be second cousins. I suppose that would be slightly more distant and ok for marriage!

I know this is probably a surprise to some of you, but in the south, a boy can marry Maternal uncle's daughter even though they are first cousins and vice versa. A girl can marry a maternal uncle's son.

On the other hand You can not marry paternal uncle's daughter or son because it is a brother/sister relationship.

Kunti and Vasudev were not cousins, they both were children of 'Sursena'..
Also, Subhadra and Krishna both were biological children of Vasudev.. So, Arjun and Subhadra were first cousins..

I got this information from Wikipedia:

Arjuna, the Pandava, once spends 1 year in exile for breaking a vow. He spends the last portion of this exile in Dwaraka, at the residence of his cousins Krishna, Balarama and Subhadra. They are his cousins because their father, Vasudeva, was the brother of Arjuna's mother Kunti. During his sojourn at Dwaraka, a romance ensues between Arjuna and Subhadra. This matter was abetted by Krishna, who had always been particularly attached to Arjuna, and wished nothing but the best for his sister Subhadra.

As the period of Arjuna's exile draws to a close, and his departure homeward becomes imminent, Arjuna proposes marriage to his cousin, and she acquiesces. Knowing that the entire family would view with disfavour the prospect of Subhadra becoming the fourth wife of her much-married cousin Arjuna, Krishna facilitates the elopement of the couple and their departure for Indraprastha. He gives the couple a crucial piece of advice related to their elopement: it was Subhadra, and not Arjuna, who drove the chariot away from Dwaraka and towards Indraprastha. Krishna later uses this fact to persuade his family that Subhadra had not been abducted; on the contrary, it was she who had kidnapped Arjuna!!

yeah..i was thinking the same as well. its so confusing.
When was Subhadra born?
Is she Devki-Vasudev's daugther? Or Vasudev and Balram's mum (vasudev's first wife)?

Yea.. shez Vasudev-Rohini's daughter.. or Balram's biological sister.. or Krishna's half sister..
Subhadra was born after Krishna killed Kans and released Vasudev from jail...

well the king does not know abt north india but even 2day in south india its common practice where u can marry ur cousin. here cousin means maternal uncle's son or daughter not paternal uncle.

now u may ask y only maternal side n not paternal side. well the father's brother wil have same gothra n family name hence people of same gothra cannot marry. but whn a gal is married her gothra n family changes. u may argue but tht is the custom which is followed even 2day. the king's parents were married in the same way.

the king does not wish 2 debate on whether this is rgt or wrong but he juzz wanted 2 inform tht it was not surprising arjun married krishna's sister.
